Hey guys,

Just heads up.
A few weeks ago I tried a few ND Free Chip casino's to see if it was worth the hassle registering, going through WR and try to make that free chip cashable.
Out of 6 casino's 2 actually did pay me hassle free. On 2 casino's I did not make the WR.
And 2 casino's did not pay me however I adhered to all the rules asked for when playing a free ND chip.
I did make WR, did not exceed max stakes, sent my KYC documents and even made a small verification deposit so check that everything was fine.

Raging Bull Casino (RTG)
Malibu Club Casino (Rival Games)

At Raging Bull my WD request was still sitting pending today after nearly 6 weeks! Never had an answer or response about my KYC documents and they never ever answered my e-mails when asking about my WD request.

At Malibu Club Casino same story, never got any confirmation about my documents sent.
All they did last Friday was sending me an e-mail saying that my WD had been reversed and if it wasn't me they asked me to make the withdrawal again!! LOL
I never reversed it as I had not logged in anymore after making my WD.

Needless to say I logged in at both casino's today and played the cash away as I was never gonna get it anyway.
At Malibu Casino my balance topped at €1200 after hitting FS on a €12.50 bet. :D:D:D:D

All ND chips were tied to a max WD and on the end I got €280.00 paid.
It did cost me €80.00 in verification deposits including to the casino's that did pay me so net win €200.00. ;);)

But I warn people about above 2 casino's!!

AVOID like the plague!

And for ND free chips...Done with that...Simply too much hassle and max WD isn't cool either when you hit big.

I much prefer to come at a new casino from the other side...docs approved first..then deposit. Rhen they have nothing to come back at me for.
Might seem like a headache but it really isn't. I keep my docs.in my email to send them. Any.not verifying them I just don't generally bother with.

I wouldn't play at any RTG casino even if I were American and they were my only choice. They take way too long to pay winnings, if they pay them at all. Even PlayOLG.ca is better than these guys.

Not surprising about raging bull since they were taken over by virtual ace. Even though in the other thread I gave some props to tawni for getting players paid, people shouldnt have to wait 6 bloody weeks to get paid and even longer. And not just from a free chip, from their own money too. So many complaints about it.

I wonder what these people do to decide to act this way. Do they have a meeting and weight the pro's and cons of delaying payouts. On one hand they piss players off and get a grey reputation. On the other hand we delay players so they get pissed off, reverse it and lose it all back. Or we hold onto their deposits in a high interest savings account to garner as much profit as possible. Like holy crap just act like normal business people and pay your customers.

RTG has been dying to have a legit company come in and take over the industry in regards to that platform. I guess they decided against doing that and instead it looks like casino extreme might be on their way.

Of course, I don't expect everyone to read everything I post  but I have mentioned the problems with group a few times over the last few weeks, the most recent being:

Maybe you've missed the news which has been in several threads elsewhere on the forum:
The group containing Raging Bull was bought sometime in the last few months by Ace Revenue - owner of the most notoriously slow-paying RTG's in the business :( (You can read about them in CM's Grey Zone)

Since the buy-out there has not been ONE single bit of official communication from them to say what is going on and how they plan to run their new casinos in the future. It took quite a while for them just to admit they made the purchase!
Personally I would not go near Raging Bull, Grand Fortune or Malibu Club again unless we have a firm promise from management that they will pay players cash-outs in a reasonable time-frame (i.e. process in a couple of days max).

There were a string of complaints about delayed payments to players and affiliates last month - but it looks like they have now started paying again.
So I'm pretty hopeful that you will get your money soon.
Unless they make some sort of commitment, you can probably expect any future cash-outs to take at least 4 weeks like their other casinos in the Ace Revenue & Virtual groups do. That's their mode of operation - delay payments in the hope the players reverse & lose.
Maybe I should have started a "warning" thread about his - but I'm not sure it's my place to do that (?)

As you may know - I promoted this group's 3 casinos on my websites for the last 2 years and they were INCREDIBLY popular with players - the most popular casinos I promoted in fact. I didn't find out until all the problems started appearing recently, that they had been bought by Arse Revenue... as soon as I did, I removed them from my websites.
I have now heard a rumour that Ace only bought the RTG brands, and not Malibu Club... but we'll have to wait & see how that pans out, if true.

It's a shame you played you balance away because I am 99.9% sure you would have got your cash-outs eventually; Everything was on hold during the transition period (including my affiliate commission), but now things have started moving again, albeit slowly.

thanks for sharing, almost the whole recent time I catch myself on one thought: bonuses are always tricky. irrespective on what casino are they from

so what were the other 4 casinos that didnt give you a hassle on your nd bonus winnings?

I also want to know what were the other 4 casinos you mentioned.
Bonuses mostly give me an uneasy feeling. I think it is important to read through all the T&Cs and rules casino has on the website about bonuses and such before you start playing.
Not familiar with those two you warned us about, but it's good to know :)
