Question Roy Richie Casino - need help

Hey Guys,

i signed up at the brand new Roy Richie casino and won some money, got a nice playthru regarding the Bonus.

Now iam waiting since nearly days for my money, although support told me it is a max. time of 24h for wallet withdr. I asked the support and they told me, that there appeared "technical problems" whilst trying to send my money on Skrill. It isn´t their fault, it´s up to Skrill. But there arn´t, i havn´t had any problems receiving or sending money with Skrill up now.

I read some reviews at Askgamblers and found one, where a guy didn´t got paid so far because of "technical problems"...

Well, do anyone know with casino and amde good/bad experiences?

Normally i trust in the MGA license...

Just my update: Still no payment and support did not get back to me until now. :(

Sorry to here that.

Why i highlighted Costa Rica is the fact that casinos never reveal openly which part of their operation is actually under the MGA, Curacao or simply the even more useless Costa Rica license. You only find out when you have a dispute where you think you will be dealing with the MGA, only to find out it is far from that.

Hence, why I run for the hills the soon i read on any of the sites that part of their operation is in Costa Rica or lately even damn' Cup-o-Cocoa as Dunover fittingly calls it. :D
 
Did they ask you 3 times to send different documents?

Yesterday i try made withdraw and get message where was that i have to verify account first.

I ask support what document needed and where to send.
They told that only ID needed, i ask that need anything else and got anwer "No".
Today first need to send utilitybill. Send that.
Few hours later got request to send picture from card and bank account.
Now get answer that it take up to 2 days to verify it...

Hope that get moneys out :oops:
 
Rules changed in here. Pending time is now 3-5 workday until something happens. Waited 50 hours now that my small withdraw finally approved some day.

E: no withdraw paying on weekends. Instantly payed when it was workday so that 3-5 workday is card withdraw time not pendingtime as showed on t&c.

Just wanna post some feedback as I played with these guys a few weeks ago.

The games worked good.
The wagering of a bonus needs to be watched as there is something wrong with the calculations, it wasnt calculated and updating the wagering properly. I had to contact support numerous times to get it sorted.
They seem willing to work with the player if there are issues and not be overly difficult.
They need more slot games. They offer netent and some other crappy provider and thats it.


And they pay. They paid me $1100 withdrawal that took a few days to hit my bank

So pretty good experience overall
