Question Slotocash Withdrawal

First time playing at a RTG casino, being Slotocash, and am wondering what the withdrawal timeframe is? I made a withdrawal request on 6th January, but it is still pending as at now, 11th January. My account has been verified etc.

I noticed that anther RTG casino (Casino Extreme) processes withdrawals instantly, so just curious. The info on CM says it's a 24 hour pending/withdrawal period, hence being a little intrigued.

Puzzled by the lengthy time as naturally can't carry on playing there unless withdrawal is cancelled, which probably benefits me as I am being stubborn now and not cancelling withdrawals!

I've had 2 withdrawl's from sloto over the past few weeks. The first took just under 72 hours to go from request to processed ( I needed to have a cc verified). The 2nd took about 36 hours to go from request to processed. Both of mine were wins after meeting the wr off a $35 deposit. Cashed out at 1500$ and $1200 :)

I'm most recently playing at bitstarz ... verification took 5 minutes and withdrawls are within 1 minute.
 
Per my conversations with the live help at sloto.... they do not process withdrawl's over the weekend. Subtract 2 days and it sounds like you are getting your payout very soon. Congrats!!!

Not a big win, just testing the waters a bit as first withdrawal there and want to make sure all is ok. Seems a lengthy withdrawal process given what other casinos do, but hey ho, such is life!!

I submitted my withdrawal request two days ago and have just checked with CS if it will be going through today (as in US times), but now told it will be reviewed by close of business next Tuesday.

It depends what time you put through your payout. If you did it in an evening it will be two days after that I think...I haven't had any problems with Sloto or Uptown really. Usually it gets processed via bitcoin withdrawal two mornings after I request the payout. I did get screwed on a payout once that I thought should have been paid on a Friday but apparently I requested it later on Wednesday so it didn't go through until Monday. As soon as they process it though I have it in my bitcoin account. I agree, they should have people processing on weekends though, all casinos should.
 
Serious Issues

I am having serious delays with my withdrawals as well. I have also had my payouts limited to 2500 per week (really approximately 10 days) collectively across all payout methods....When i submit a withdrawal request a note is placed there by a manager stating when the payout can be processed.....as of late I have had bitcoin payouts that were showing "In Progress" for over 72 hours. I have had a CS rep explain to me that the reason the payment team is gone is due to ...Daylight Saving Time......that the problem isnt on their end it is with bitcoin. That they were waiting on Bitcoin to process the transfers. I have sent 2 lengthy pms to the rep here with no response and another very short pm informing them of a thread a week or so ago regarding bitcoin payouts and Uptown Aces..no response...AND my friend request has gone unanswered as well! Having vented all that,.what started out for me as a Once In A Lifetime Spin with Many Congrats On my WInnings from staff and a very speedy payout of the initial 2500 has really just been a let down since the first week. No thrill of a sudden windfall that goes hand in hand with a huge win....Week 2 started with a "glitch" and a 24 hour delay..it has snowballed ever since...I literally feel like I am being punished for not reversing any of my payout request or playing since my win. I was taught long ago never to gamble with someone that owes you money..They pay me then i gamble with them... I have two payouts still pending..the request for them were done on the Feb. 8th. Until yesterday the notes in my cashier said the cheque is to be processed on the 22nd....the btc on the 23rd...Now the btc payout is to be processed on March 1I really cannot believe that one of the originals that has been around since 2007 is pulling these busch league mickey mouse antics. That DeckMedia is allowing their accredited initial casino to behave this way. Bad Business...Lastly....I have notified the sloto rep of this thread..

If Chris ends up turning this into a PAB, I will be inclined to stop playing there (slotocash & uptown aces), God knows I helped pay a decent chunk of his win with my past deposits.

I pm'd Bryan about this awhile ago and had an exchange with him on the forum. I would suggest messaging him and saying grande vegas/slotocash.

Since you are new and testing the waters. Be aware there is a max cashout of $2500 per week. And cashouts take 4 days not 24 hours.

48 hour pending period. Then 48 hours to send it. This is what it took to pay me every single time on about 12 total cashouts.

They wont let you close your account while you wait. The money stares you in the face. Their policy is to hope the player plays it back. 100% without question.

Edit: Wait i think you and I talked about this in another thread already? lol maybe it was someone else I cant remember.
 
Quick update - my withdrawal was approved earlier and I received funds by Skrill.

In summary, 5 days for an e-wallet receipt, being the quickest method possible.
 
When I make a withdrawal, I do not play at that casino or an affiliated casino, or deposit to either of the aforementioned until my pending withdrawal has been processed.

I play elsewhere during this time.

So, the longer a casino takes to process my withdrawal, the more of my money they are redirecting to other casinos.

(This also helps me with my golden rule of NOT reversing withdrawals, although I do break my own rule from time to time.)

I have never played at this casino, so I do not know how great or bad they are, but there are many casinos out there and I never try to stick with just one. I regularly play at about 8 casinos, and I occasionally play at an additional 10 or so. I am sure that members here could list a dozen casinos that wouldn't treat you this way.

What happens when you win the progressive jackpot at a casino like this? Just thinking about it makes me feel sick to my stomach. I almost won the progressive jackpot twice on Batman when they had it, like literally a mm away from the jackpot! Twice I jumped off the couch and started screaming because I thought it was going to stop on the jackpot only for it to keep going 1 mm beyond the Joker.

I would like to thank you for speaking up about this. I have considered depositing at this casino many times, although I haven't yet. I deposit between $500-$3000 per month at various casinos. I promise I will not deposit a nickel at this casino because of how they have treated you and the OP.
 
Last Payout Was Processed This Morning!!! Paid In Full

Got an email this morning informing me that my last payout request of $500 had been processed. I checked my FedEx Insight and have tracking. That said, I would like to say thanks to Slotocash for the great win on Jan 15th and the series of payouts bringing them to a zero balance with me. I also MUST tip my hat and say THANK YOU VERY MUCH to MaxD who somehow seemed to "inspire" D.M.'s payment team to perform and get the ball rolling in a more expeditious way. Absolutely no thanks needed incog. It is my understanding that progressive jps are paid out by the all the casinos offering the chance at said progressive. So i guess its 'easier' for them to stomach than an extremely lucky one spin non progressive smack down which can occasionally occur.:smilewink:

My final opinion on Slotocash is that they will pay their winners. However, to any player that makes wagers which if won would result in a win of 5k or more i would say make your bet somewhere else because in my experience you have some aggravations headed your way.

As far as my finding somewhere else to play...Lol I already know to many places to play...but theres no place like home....:thumbsup:
