Hello, i made withdrawal yesterday at powerspins casino which is owned by bgo.

Today i got the email

Your requested withdrawal has now been processed and should be credited to you within 5 working days.

So they say withdrawal is processed, but isnt NETELLER instantly after processing? Asking becasue i havent recieved the funds yet.

Also on transaction history its not pending anymore, but also nor processed, it just says "waiting", but why i got email saying its processed then?

Has anyone experience with this? im sure the system is same like bgo so some players can report how it works? Neteller should be instantly or not?

Thread can be closed, I just got the money after like 20 minutes, so everything ok.

Standard wording in their 'processed' e-mails which cover various deposit/withdrawal methods. Seen it before.

E-wallets are instant so if funds have been released/ processed their end you should have your cash! - If not I'd look on this as maybe a Neteller thing which has caused delay.

Way I'd deal with this is.

Wait a couple of hours.
Double check with casino its defo been paid/released
If yes, chase up with Neteller themselves (easier said than done I know)
