The casino games section on twitch has grown a lot in the last couple months.
Nowadays it's hard to find streamers that are playing with their own money e.g. CasinoTwitcher, LetsGiveItASpin..
But now there are streamers like Roshtein, CasinoRobot, CasinoDaddy who receive free money or promotion account to play on.

Roshtein plays on Multilotto and it's obvious that his streams are fake. His first stream was with 100 euro bets and he asked 'live support' to proceed his deposit, but they don't even have a live support. Every stream he gives away 1000-2500 free spins and if you sign up under his affiliate you get 500%! and 400 free spins!!! "just 70x wager". It's so obvious that it's fake and to lure people to play on that bad site which only has 2 slot providers. Why would you deposit 10000 every day and play play n go and quickspin slots when there are many other sites that have way more and better slots! He also never showed his transaction history nor when he deposits.

CasinoRobot the guy that plays with fake money on LeoVegas. Proof 1: Outdated URL (Invalid) and proof 2:

Hes streaming for like a 2 months on LeoVegas with absurd balance and deposits. Like 40 euro spins on without showing emotion..

CasinoDaddy the group that plays on 21casino and amsterdamscasino (same owner) with free money. My friend also got contacted by them to play and promote for them on a promotion account. His bets are also huge and it's so fake.

It's so annoying to see people stream with fake promotion money while others use their hard earned money.. All they do is promote the site and make money with the affiliate links.

What is your opinion about players that use 'fake money' to stream on twitch?

*shrugs shoulders*
I suppose it doesnt much matter really as the with the big slots providers, for-fun plays as for-real, so you still get to check the game potential. Though why not just play in for-fun yourself I''ve never understood. I'll check a new game release clip when it's upcoming, but couldnt be arsed to sit and watch someone else play, unless, say, they were beside me, and I was rooting for them.

Some streamers are obviously using fake money.

In the case of Roshtein I'm not really sure.

A couple of days ago it was pointed out that he had lost a fortune in just a couple of weeks.
I think the figure was around €70000 (but don't quote me...).
Also, it seems he never plays with a bonus.
With his kind of play he should be getting some nice VIP perks in addition to whatever affiliate deal he has.
Other streamers do and there's nothing wrong with that.

He plays mainly low variance slots and that just about guarantees he will never end up ahead.

For me having fake streamers is just as bad as other forms of questionable marketing like spam.
It says a lot about the business ethics of both affiliate and casino.

My opinion is people should stop wondering if a streamer is using fake money or not. Also why is it fake money its not. If a streamer gets "bonus" money then thats real money as well = cash (after wagering) and bonus before that.

Why even bother about starting a topic I find funny. End of the day its entertainment just like everything else. Let's bring up about all the fake view bots that all the biggest streams on twitch uses as well shall we :p

It's up to people to watch it or not and if someone thinks its fake money then be it find a different stream or don't bother watching streams or any shows on the telly. All those so called real shows like big brother and all the other things are also full of fake things made up scripts but people still watching it just saying.....

Also what is proofs anyways? I could easily setup a new casino account and run that proof deposits and withdrawals? Who would know if maybe a affiliate manager would transfer money to the affiliates bank account or neteller / paypal etc. Then make deposit. That is perfectly legal as it would be looked at as a bonus payment or pre payment of affiliate earnings. Also in regards to LetsGiveItAspin. He does play a special vip bonus on sundays. I have big respect for that guy and what he puts into his streams. Even if it suddenly came out that he was using "fake money" then I could not care less its entertainment. Haters be haters.

BUT to finish off I do not condemn if a twitch streamer is only doing what you describe. Clearly that would be bit like playing with playmoney (fun play) And if that was case it should be clearly listed on the stream. If it is cash play or bonus or "play money".

PS. Oh god think I need to re edit my whole post as my words are flying around sorry guys and to OP. Will try edit my post as soon possible as I have really messed up wording this proper

Yeah people who use fake money and pretend its real, are idiots. They arent allowed to cashout and are paid to mislead people in order to bring them to their site. If people feel good about being scumbags for their job, well thats on them.

If you like watching twitch, watch those who you trust. If you feel someone isnt being legit, dont watch them.

I think you may have misunderstood.

We are not talking about bonus money which can be wagered and converted into cash.
These are fake funds 'credited' to test accounts.
The only real money involved is affiliate payments.

I do care as it's misleading viewers.

No one would tune in if they were up front about using play money.

I think that is why I stopped watching "casinorobot" he looked to much a robot and seemed from a different planet. Not really interesting to watch as he never seems to show any feelings. I guess with the proof above that he is or was using a test account is outrageous and LeoVegas now has a big explaining to do or else they should be rogued for that behavior letting a twitch streamer use a test account only for purpose to bring in new players

Hi Freddy

Yeah sorry I got into my own world here. Reason is I used to see lot of viewers on twitch who would also used words as fake if a streamer was only playing with a bonus. As lot seems only interested if its only a cash balance and cash deposits. My bad sorry I fully agreed what you said and what has been said here. But as I also wrote in post above is that LeoVegas would then need to be done responsible here and I clearly can not see how they would be able to accredited here at casinomeister if they give out "test accounts" to affiliates for use on Twitch to bring in new players! Maybe I should had tried asking for one before posting this :what:

I used to try and find time to watch twitch! But then lots of things turned me off :(

I really liked that letsgiveitaspin guy and would try to catch a stream of his when I could but then I couldnt bare the chat. I really disliked how people treated females that were at his house.

CasinoRobot. Basically the fake money thing. I really do not like liars and I do not like people who hope you are stupid. lol.

The ones I try to watch when I can are heatcheck_ and shaltar.

That's a great question.

I will alert the rep to this thread.
Perhaps they can offer some comments.

I honestly don't care whether a video is of out-of-pocket-funds, real funds, or bonus funds....I suppose different streamers stream for different reasons...to buff aff accts, to review games, for entertainment etc.

I mean, if you're watching to see how a game plays/pays, it doesnt much matter. Besides the aforementioned same structure in for fun or real, it isnt as though for every stream it's indicative of how awesome the game is; after all, im pretty sure someone who has a three hr vid of real-funds, bland, little paying bonuses and long drawn out boring sessions will swap it out for an exciting, big win, nail-biting session to keep viewers.

Sure, it would be nice if the video stated what the player is using and for what purposes...but end of day, affs and casinos market, so if some steamers do it different than others...well,it's not my stream to dictate. After all, as viewers we're free to go watch a different one, of those we enjoy and trust their methods.

I suppose its one thing to say it's X and it's really Y (then were talking fraud..i dont mean, legally by the way..just well, lying)..if it doesnt say one way or the other, I can't see why that isnt the streamers prerogative.

Wow that is very bad. I just clicked on the proof link and saw his login handle.

LeoVegas def needs to explain themselves as that is super shady marketing.

Yeah pretty much. I never had an issue with people who streamed with bonus funds. Like who cares? If they make wagering they cashout and its real money then. I also never understood why anyone got upset over that. I do recall watching a stream when a couple people were mad the streamer was streaming a free chip. The person didnt lie about it and was honest so whatever.

I actually liked free chip streams. You get to root for the person hoping they make wager and take the casinos money! :D

We're talking here about free money which you can't even cash out and not bonus money that you have to wager ;)

I really don't see why it even matters either way, if the iidea is youre promoting a slot, a casino, or your affiliate site.
Only way I see it being a problem is if the streamer says it's one thing but is actually the other..then it's simply being dishonest.

That's one of my points.
They have their stream title as "Playing with real money" but play with fake money..

I've been told by the streamer Athene that Sodapoppin doesn't use his own money when he plays Blackjack online.

But, I am not certain what Athene meant by that. Did he mean that Sodapoppin uses bonuses? Or did he mean that the money is 100% supplied by the casino?
If I had to guess I would say Athene meant bonuses.

I would say it's supplied by the casino. He has a lot of viewers, it would be very smart of the casino to supply him with free money to promote their casino.

I do watch streams here and there (once, twice a week) for a short time.

Not watched any of the 'fake money' as you describe and nor would I would be like playing my own accounts in 'fun' mode, IE: Pointless.

Now to watch a low roller (such as myself) playing I would enjoy that. Geoff (slotmesiter) was my fave but he doesn't go live so often these days.

CT is my second choice and although he seems a great guy and organises well, plays a huge variety of games etc, I am also slightly put off my his enormous bank roll (not seen evidence of this but doesn't take a lot of working out)

My idea live stream would be to watch a player turn £50 (of their OWN money) into 1K on an average of 0.5 bets for example, that would be honest entertainment, probably why I enjoy Dunovers videos so much also :)

lol, seeing as I dont take home a percentage, I dont enjoy watching strangers play online either win or lose. Ill stand behind someone at a B and M if theyre doing extremely well as you'll often see crowds gather, with some well-wishes before trotting off to my own machine..but seeing as streamers can play long sessions and as easily lose or hit nothing of import, no thrill for me there to be a bystander

Thinking about doing small streams on slots that have their own threads here, Like $50 starting balance.:) I was on twitch and everything today trying to remember how to do it and updating etc etc. They updated twitch alerts and have no idea how to get that on stream now but that's not big of a deal.:)

I have watched a "twitch video" of slots play once.

Did not get me interested at all.

I see it as a "porn for gamblers" type of thing.

If I am going to watch slots spin, it's gonna be me playing and for real money.

I got to know a good few casino streamers and watchers, Since JonM gave me the first link to CT's stream,

People have got to realize its not about if people play fake or real but its the intent behind it, When people say fake they are not talking about people using bonus money but actually FAKE, Such as a casino would give funds to player's to PROMOTE there casino, Non Withdrawable, At the same time streamers are getting affiliate money from sign ups, Also alot have a donate button, There actually making us believe there actually playing for real with there own funds, But in fact lying to watcher's & misleading us,

Now I have seen a good few bits of proof including the ones in the OP, I do not know if this is what people are doing (some) But if it is the case than the casino's them self have something to answer for as well, The casino will come out with we told the people to say it was only for testing or they didnt know, But either way people should be upfront about it,

I would prefer to watch somebody with £30 and try building a bank roll than someone depositing 100's and its not real, I know wildreels has a odd stream and he couldn't be more genuine, If he gets a win than he is out of there :)

If it wasn't for CasinoTwitcher going on Slot Fanatics and promoting his Twitch stream, I wouldn't have discovered European online casinos and would still be losing my shirts on PlayOLG.ca. I'm grateful for that.

I really don't care whether they use real or fake funds, I only care if these people are entertaining. Roshtein is annoying. He tries to be PewDiePie with his antics. It's as if he's trying to appeal to 12 year old boys who shouldn't even be allowed to watch the stream. The chat, well, they have plenty of moderators to deal with that. I recall the stream where Kim had a party with lots of Maja's female friends and I don't recall the women ever being upset about the comments and I don't recall any catcalls that were offensive.

Also, I know certain streamers don't wish to talk about other streamers or about the streamer's personal life. It's none of our business.

Anyway, I enjoy the streams and I like seeing slots I can't play in action (I live in Canada and some slots are blocked here) but I'd much rather play them on my devices like everybody else.

I do like the raffles. I've won two of CT's and one of Kim's.
