PartyPoker/Casino very slowly pay

Hello all

I am the old player in this casino(PartyPoker/Casino).Recently they began to work simply awfully.I wait for the small-sized withdrawal more than 3 days. They already broke the periods(more 80 hours).Thus I am verified long ago and withdrawal on a neteller.

They don't respond to letters.

I don't advise with them to have any affairs.

I wrote them on email everything that I think of them, without censorship.

I recieved a £5 no deposit bonus from them last Friday. I have deposited once before about a year ago.

I won £100 and cashed out on the 18/09/2015.

I couldn't withdraw to neteller because my neteller deposit wasn't recent enough and had to withdraw by fast bank transfer which is fair enough when its free money.

Took them 5 days to do an internal review lol what do these guys do check every single bet you place? My withdrawal was processed after 5 days just waiting for it to hit my bank.

I would have played here again but the withdrawal times are too long. The 3 day internal review is a joke.

But who am I to moan at £100 free.

That is exactly why i stopped playing there two years ago. It wouldn't happen every time i withdrew but it would happen more than not and would erk the living hell out of me, as how could they sometimes pay me to Neteller in 4 hours and then it would change to 72+ hours whenever they felt like it.

A few months ago i got a cold call from them trying to push a welcome back package on me and i said 'sorry i do not play at your casino anymore and this is why...' but the woman was clueless to what i even meant by internal review period and just kept pushing so i hung up lol

I think the absolute nail in the coffin was the ridiculous Neteller withdrawals fees they put in place. Last time i played back in 2013 they had started charging 3% which i wouldn't of minded as much if they had say maybe "instant withdrawals", not 3 business days!

They started going down hill a long time ago. I felt it start when the USA left the market.

They used to be good, they were my main casino for years, I was even a Paladium member, but then they got real slow with payouts (I think when they stopped using their 3rd party payer "pay-pro" is when things turned bad) so yeah, it's a shame, but I won't play with them again.
