From the Probation Section:

During the first decade of Casinomeister, they were our nemesis - the anti-thesis of an Accredited Casino. During the early years, complaints streamed in - some of them being pretty damn awful. There were moments of surreal marketing campaigns and player experiences that bordered on hilarity they were so bizarre. They were the recipients of the Worst Casino Group Award three times, and Cirrus Casino received Worst Casino of the year 2007. They even made an attempt to be removed from the Rogue pit no less than two times - which were failures. That was then - this is now.

Even though this casino group has been in the Rogue pit for more years than I can remember, I have been in direct contact with their General Manager since 2002 and even though we have had differences of opinions at times, we have worked together to square away players who had legitimate complaints. Most complaints were from bad management practices - which in time began to abate, others were from badly written promos or just sloppy customer service. Even though they were in the Rogue section, we made an exception to assist any players who had problems with this casino group. Both Max and I have met up with the GM several times and have been communicative. I can say for the record, there have been two PABs in the past year pertaining to the Virtual Group - both resolved.

And to give credit due when it's warranted, the Virtual group has been adamant on taking care of any past issues. In February 2011, we emailed our entire database of CM members requesting anyone who had any outstanding complaints to come forward. Not only did we send this email out, but so did CAP, and the GPWA. There were only a handful of players that came forward with valid complaints. I should also mention that the Virtual Casino group emailed their entire database as well.

So here we are. I'm placing the Virtual Casino Group on probation. And if they make it through the next [strike]30 days[/strike] six months without a crapload of unresolved complaints, then [strike]they are out of the pit[/strike] we will put it to a vote by the membership.

If you have any issues, please post them here - or PAB - or contact their casino rep here:

Guilty by association with the Virtual Casino group, they have generated about one PAB in two years. I'm placing them in the Probation section with for [strike]30 days[/strike] six months. If they do not generate an unreasonable amount of complaints, then we will put it to a vote by the membership.

I think the reason you haven't seen any PABs is that most people here are smart enough not to play there. A quick Google shows lots of slow/no pay problems still - I think that if anyone is a member of other forums where people do play at any of these casinos they should mention that if they have any issues to join Casinomeister and do a PAB. I'd hate to see them get out of the pit just because nobody here plays there.

Yeah I wasn't going to say anything. But I think your absolutely right Chayton.

I don't mind them not being Rogued, but they should stay in the Not Recommended section as well as the Virtual group.
Great that they are willing to deal with issues but they are still not good casinos.

We've been here before with Virtual Group et al.

I have no reason to believe that they won't drum up some positive PR via their CM probation (like before), bend over backwards to be nice to all the newbies that start playing there as a result (like before), and go back to their own ways again (like before).

Fool me once, shame on you....and all that.

I don't agree with it at all. Just my opinion.

Actually I'm still waiting for the money I won on Captain Jack around 4 years ago. A whole $50 from a free chip. Maybe they can pay now :D

Yeah, we've seen them turn over a new leaf, a new tree, a whole new forest by now and nothing ever really changes..

Chayton is right, people here are too well informed to deposit there.

Whats their payout time nowadays? Still between 30-50 workingdays?
..but at least they pay! yep...

I'll stick to 32RED..

What I find interesting is that since Bryan made this post I've been getting a TON of spam from the casinos in this group. hmmmmm could it be a coincidence I wonder?

The thought of the Virtual Group and any associated Casinos coming out of the pit gets me worried.

We know of resolved complaints through CM and a few other reputable places, however; what about people who never knew places like CM existed?

Payments will be made when complaints pop up at Player Advocate Websites - to save face. I would LOVE to know how much $$$ they have not paid, stalled and stolen cumulatively over the years....

I'm always getting a ton of spam from this group. With their never ending free chips and 400% wagering free bonuses.

We may not see eye to eye on occasions but I agree wholeheartedly with you this time. Bryan gave them numerous chances in the past and every time they returned 'roguer' than before LOL. Do they really deserve another chance?

Short answer: No

Long Answer: No

Have the casinos changed hands? because if not, no way would I be giving them another chance. They had plenty here, they even looked like being ok at one stage when a rep was getting on top of things and getting players paid and then suddenly disappears again.

Yes, I remember Marty Davis..

It was during his time here that I started to read the true horrorstories from the past.
He got some people paid, some from many years back, then he just vanished..

With all due respect. Meister you can't be serious? Honestly there is enough casinos to choose from the accredited list. I don't think you have to keep this probation thingy going. All of these casinos listed above. Has at least 2 month processing time for withdrawals. Why don't you just allow the members here to vote. And let us decide whether they should be on probation or not. I think we all know what the answer would be. I'm sorry Bryan but you are wrong on this one.

Did anyone notice that Bryan also posted that he's also got the Virtual Group on probation? Again, I mean.

It's up to you Bryan, but IMO if you're going to do a probation period (for both of these groups) it should be longer than 30 days. To me it seems like they should have to keep their leaf turned over for longer than that before getting out of the pit. I'm all for change, but it needs to be lasting change. The way it stands now all they have to do is pay their players for a month and they'll get a whole bunch of fresh meat.

Hell, with the right incentive most of us could behave for 30 days.

This is nothing but a dog and pony show Virtual is trying to pull. Over at another forum im a member at. Virtual casino thread used to be FULL of complaints of slow and no pay. Then Slot Jungle group came along. Most of the members who like huge bonuses and a some what faster pay period (10 days). Opt for the Slot Jungle instead of Virtual. Now Slot Jungle thread is Full of Complaints of Slow pay. Virtual is quiet. So go figure...IMHO Virtual is gasping for air and needs good ole Casinomeister land to save the day. I say FORGET them and let them alone. This place is fine without adding them. I hate to say it, but after while this place will become a haven for Non Deposit Bonus Seekers. And full of complaints of taking free chips without depositing in between.

Well, at least adding them will keep Maxd busy LMAO

I had high hopes when Marty took over the helm. Some members of this forum were paid and after several years at that. The amounts reached 4-digit figures. I even asked Marty to reopen my accounts at POC and Prism. That's where I learned how they clicked ie 30 + 30 day cashouts, a cashback bonus equivalent to your previous deposit if you lost etc. Now, many players are ok with this arrangement and surprisingly they did pay if you adhered to their conditions. I was careful not to let my balance reach 4-figure sums as this would trigger off some nasty responses from them. So every time I deposited the minimum of $30, took a bonus and started playing. Once I busted I would request a bonus. I was actually in the black for a few hundred bucks during my short stint there.

Well it's hardly surprising they only generated one PAB - in fact I'm surprised there was even one!
I thought the PAB rules stated that PABs were not allowed against rogue casinos...

I have to agree with everyone else in this thread - leave them (and The Virtual Group) on the rogue list where they belong.

Yes, murderers and rapists often behave well for years in prison to gain parole or early release, and often go on to commit more offences. Extreme example, but two things confuse me here:

Do these leopards really change their spots?? I.E. Has there been a significant change of personnel/management in the meantime?
Secondly, with their appalling slow-pay/no-pay record they are not meeting the accredited criteria from the word 'go', so are we expected to believe this can be resolved in a mere 30 days?

I am worried this is little more than a confidence trick; reputation had reduced revenue and what better way, excuse my cynicism, to publicise a 'new leaf' on CM??

P.S. Will the accreditation attempt mean those on here whom have historical issues of no-pay will be paid??

Me too and it's not affiliate spam either. I block them only for them to start again with a new spam domain. I don't know who is the worse casino spammers, Casino Rewards or these chumps!
