Or i was only unlucky all the time!?

Hi Andym, please PM me your account email address so i can look into your stats.

Our payouts are not controlled by us and cannot be manipulated in anyway. Payouts are controlled by our software providers (Microgaming et al) and Each game has been audited and tested by iTech labs and eCogra. There are also audits performed by our licensing authority, the Isle of Man.

In terms of your question about "bigger wins", in fact earlier today we had a player that won over €120,000 playing Bust the Bank slot. This is a non-progressive game and a huge payout by anybody's standards. I am still trying to get a screenshot of this so i can post here on CM. You will see further details about this win on our website in the next 48 hours.

In your case, it could be a run of bad luck that you are having and i would like to try and help so please PM me your details.

Cheers

Although I'm not a regular customer with Wintingo, I do believe the software they use is the same used other places, and the games are in fact fair.

I'm not that familiar with their bonuses, but while we love the extra playtime of them, they can often be obstacles rather than helpers to withdrawing.

Game choice and bet size have a lot to do with our "luck" too.

you're right. seems very strange...

Define "strange"?

He could be playing $200 hands of bj in turbo mode. If the winners cascade has a minimum win to GET listed, it is very possible that he gets a mention several times in a row.

Nothing strange about that.

MGS games are not alterable by the operator, so playing Immortal Romance for instance is no different here than any other casino in terms of RTP (theoretical).

Your experience was bad luck and nothing else.

strange means funny.
I already said in my first post that it also can be bad luck.
I really appreciate the casino service. But anyway i never had that "bad luck" before for years in any other casino (calculating all my deposits).
And that was the reason why i wanted to see screenis of the winnings. (i didnt see any till now)

by the way it seems that Carlos is playing again today (sharing the pot with Mouhamad) :
CURRENT WINNERS

800,00 $ Mouhamad
400,00 £ Carlos
500,00 £ Carlos
400,00 £ Carlos
476,10 $ Mouhamad
1.449,90 $ Mouhamad

(sorry im not able to make any screenshots)

If you search the forum you'll find another member said something similar to yourself after having a dreadful time on his first session on Thunderstruck2 at wintingo. He was convinced the game played far worse there than anywhere else he had ever tried it. After kicking up quite a fuss on here about it he went back to play again a few days later hoping to gather some data to support his theory and ended up cashing out several times the sum of both of his deposits and then some :)

I joined Wintingo last weekend and it was actually the first casino I have managed a withdrawal at in quite a few weeks ! Mainly playing slots and a little video poker - I did get thoroughly hammered when I tried to play their blackjack but no doubt just bad luck.

I've no doubt they are a fair casino, but I would say, the games do seem to have a different 'feel' when presented in their format (possibly, the "quickfire" (?) package), compared with MGS only casino's.

In the video poker there is 100% a definite lag when you have a losing hand, or losing doubling round - IE, when you click draw or choose a card when doubling, the display will start to update instantly if you have won, or lag for half a second before turning over the cards if you have lost - that one thing makes me not like playing VP there too much because you always know whether you have won or lost before you see the cards...

Thumbs up for Wintingo on the whole though and sorry to hear you had bad luck !

Well you could ask Carlos there, looks like he is the only one winning right now :D

Our winners feed does not sum up an individuals winnings into one lump sum and then display it, each win over a certain amount is displayed on the feed and on the winners page.
Therefore its very likely that one players winning session could take over the winners feed hence why you see the same winner a lot of the time. We are looking into a better way of displaying this but just to put everyone's mind at ease:

We don't display every single winning customer and amount, there is a specified minimum
We don't show it exactly day by day either, its within a specific period. For example, within the 1st week of July or between specific date ranges
Our winners feed displays "real customers with real winnings", there is nothing fake about this info and if any customers have concerns about please let us know.

With regards to the lag you mention, is this all the time when you play and does it only take place on the video poker games? Let us know so we can investigate further.

Cashback

How does the cashback work and why would I want to deposit under new member terms when 100% cashback is offered on a Saturday? 100% does that meani put £100 in get £100 back? What is this?

007Sam, details on how our cashback works is available on our website. Its similar to a post wager bonus but has many other benefits. Just to summarise, you earn cashback based on wagering (you earn on both winnings and losses). For example, if you deposit £100 and you receive 100% cashback bonus, this means you are eligible to receive £100 back on your £100 deposit (if you deposit £100 you do NOT start with £200). The word "eligible" means you earn the 100% cashback automatically while you play, its released into your account as you wager, you do not just get given this bonus. The biggest advantage is that there are no wagering requirements in order to withdraw, you can cashout your winnings and any cashback received whenever you want. In addition, any un-realised cashback is carried over from one deposit to the next..

Our 100% cashback offer is available for existing customers, while our new player offers are very competitive and are available only for new players at Wintingo. For example, the new player up to 65% back is up to £1300 back on your first deposit.

Hope this helps!

That was me I believe - I had never seen anything like it, and kktmd (who has run TSII for millions of spins) analysed my stats and stated that it was a run so bad that if I played the slot for 10 years I would get 800 spins at that RTP once. I was apparently just exceptionally unlucky, and yes I was putting my foil hat on and taking it off repeatedly. :D I did recover most of my deposits but no I didn't have the 'then some' I made a smallish loss in the end before closing the account.

Not Wintingos fault but it just left me a 'negative' feeling playing there so I quit. It happens, just move on.

experiment with a few slots

Don't get disheartened every slots player has good/bad days have you tried out a few microgaming slots to find ones you are particularly fond of that's exactly what I did and I've never looked back. I low roll on one which I call the build up slot usually Dr Love,BDBA,Spring Break,Retro Reels(original) (games that have high pay tables) Then I either cashout or go on something like TSII or maybe Isis as these slots cost more to play(if you want a big win) that works for me unless of course my build up slots produce no wins but I find at least one of these always come up trumps! good luck in future!
