That was about time :D

Welcome to the baptism section Redbet and Andy. We know you will do great

Hi
Really glad to be up in the Baptism section!

The most important thing for me is to get all of your feedback on anything we're doing wrong so that we can fix it.
There's no group of people anywhere quite so qualified to tear us apart so that we can build a better casino and we genuinely appreciate any opinions or advice you've got.
Cheers
Andy

Great news, so far Redbet and Andy have proven to be on level terms if not better with the best accredited casinos around here :)

I think they improve by the day, but this is purely based on the player community here:
I really think they deserve a shot at accreditation, let's hope that they (no doubt will) make it in that section after this baptism!
GL and Wtg Andy!

Gets my vote!

I've played almost exclusively at Redbet for the last couple of months, and I have to say they're a superb casino.

Like with 32Red you think to yourself 'why bother playing at any other MG casino'? With Redbet I see no reason to play at any other NetEnt casino.

Let's face it, as players we care about two things above everything else.

1) How quickly will we get paid when we cashout?

2) Is there someone we can ask questions of and/or get help from?

With respect to (1) - On payment times I have found Redbet to be up there with the best, generally speaking you're looking at under 12 hours, even over the weekend. There is no reversing, no 'pending withdrawal', you make the withdrawal, the money disappears from your account, and certainly with Neteller, you get paid within about 12 hours, sometimes less, sometimes a bit more.

(I tend to make withdrawals late on a Friday/Saturday evening or in the small hours of Sunday morning since I'm a late night weekend slotter, so I hate casinos that take the attitude 'the weekend doesn't exist' when it comes to withdrawals. There's nothing more annoying than making a withdrawal late on a Friday/Saturday night and seeing it still sat at pending on Tuesday, as certain accredited MG casinos are happy to do. In my experience Redbet are up there with 32Red, 3Dice and Pinnacle when it comes to payout times, and that's saying something.)

With respect to (2) - Well, we have Andy, basically :) Surely one of the friendliest, most helpful reps around, very active on the forums and responsive to PMs as well. This is a big deal for me, I know we can use live support at just about any casino (accredited or otherwise), but for me it's nice to have a 'face' to associate with a casino, someone who you know is around on the forums and takes an active interest in what's going on.

In fact, the only reason I've become such a big fan of Redbet and NetEnt is because I made a passing comment in a thread about Redbet's follow-on bonuses from the SUB being a bit crappy, (I wasn't asking for anything, it was just a passing comment), and to my surprise I got a PM from Andy with a bonus code to play with - completely uninvited and not asked for. It's a personal touch like that which makes a big difference to me, and that's why I've played almost nowhere else ever since.

Finally, we have NetEnt's slots themselves, transparent about their RTPs (listed on a game-by-game basis in the help file, which is more than MG can manage), not bogged down with a load of clones and re-skins, just a good solid selection of slots with everything from very low variance to very high variance catered for, plus everything inbetween, and progressives as well if that takes your fancy.

Redbet have been a startling omission from the Accredited List for quite some time IMO, so the sooner they get on there the better!

What chopley said. it`s a comforting thought also that NetEnt software do not incorporate a reverse withdrawal option, I have personally found this to be the most ironic option out there when it is presented via casinos sporting gambling aware labels .

I strongly believe that Casumo will be right up there also when they have ironed out their small teething problems, this year is most definitely the year of the rise of NetEnt based casinos :).

This.
Andy, try to push for adding new currencies please :D Having to deal with Euros is the only reason why I'm not playing.

Indeed, I'd very much like to be able to play in UK pounds at Redbet, the only negative point I can really list about them is that I'm locked into Euros.

Playing in Euros is not ideal as it does attract all sorts of horrible charges, but I've decided that the way to think about a balance at Redbet is to think of it as money in the bank - i.e. just leave it there, rather than withdraw. After all, it's my favourite casino running my favourite software, I trust them, I know I'll be back again, why bother withdrawing at all? It's not like I actually need the money for anything else. (I largely played at 3Dice in the same fashion, back when I still played at 3Dice.)

I get charged 1.75% per transaction to load my Neteller account (which is in UK pounds) from my 'gaming' Mastercard (a card I use for nothing else which I pay off in full every month). Neteller then charge another 2.95% (!) in currency conversion fees when I deposit into Redbet, and they then charge ANOTHER 2.95% (!!) when I withdraw. On top of that, when I withdraw the physical cash from an ATM using my NET+ card they charge £3 per transaction, with a maximum amount of £500 per transaction.

After my last winning session at Redbet, I decided to just leave the money in my account, rather than go through the pointless roundabout of withdrawing and getting charged all over the place, only to deposit again a week later and get charged all over again.

It's possible to apply bonus codes without re-depositing, simply transfer a balance from Casino Red to the Boss Poker/Betting account (Boss Poker being the 'master' account you have to withdraw from anyway), and on the transfer back to Casino Red you can enter a bonus code if you wish to.

It works for me, although for those who like to withdraw and get the money in their hand, it may not be such a good option :) Obviously I will withdraw from Redbet at some point if I hit a properly big win, or I just feel like getting the cash in my hand for whatever reason, but for now I'm happy to simply let my cash sit there.

That's actually far longer than our average.
The average withdrawal payment processing time for the past month is around 2.5 hours.

Sorry about the tardy service Chopley!

I had very good experiences with Redbet when I started playing with them. I then screwed up by not reading the t&c properly

I explained my situation to Andy, not really expecting anything, but of course Andy replied fast and sorted the situation immediately

This will be a walk in the park for this already superb casino. And with a great rep like that, eeeasy =)

Now if i could just actually win there i would be a happy camper =)

Welcome for real Andy!

This.

Same. Usd would be fine and I'd be there often but the euro is just a killer

Just withdrew here took a whooping 7 minutes to reach my Neteller account

I just contacted LIVE Support - It was actually 6minutes 37seconds.... and not 7...

Nah JJK :) - That's SUPER Fast... There's nothing better than getting a payout so quick. Honestly speaking, no other NetEnt pays faster in my experience.

Nate

Since Andy doesn't seem to acknowledge those requests, I'm guessing that the North American market is not in their short-term plans. It's ok, though.

:) Sorry, not ignoring you, it is in our plans but I can't give an ETA so I was keeping my gob shut.
I actually brought it up with the CEO this morning following your posts.

Requested a withdrawal this evening at 6pm, checked my Neteller account at 8pm and the cash was in there, so that's a two hour payout time

And yes I do realise this goes against my previous post about using Redbet as a 'bank', but since I'm on holiday this week I'm getting itchy slotting fingers midweek, which could get expensive......

(Normally I save my sessions for the weekend when I don't have to get up for work in the morning and can get a few glasses of wine onboard, but since I don't have to go to work this week, every night is the weekend  - so I withdrew about 60% of my balance and transferred the other 40% over to the NetEnt casino (Casino Red) for some slots play. Just seemed a bit 'safer' that way :D)

Anyway, point being, even if I lose what I've transferred back to Casino Red, the withdrawal I made is paid already. It's not pending, it's not reversible, if I was minded to I could walk into town with my NET+ card and get the cash in my hand from an ATM right now, despite the fact I only requested the withdrawal from Redbet two hours ago.

Today was my longest cashout at redbet, around 12 hours :D
Just want to ask, did someone of you guys on gold in loyalty program at redbet? What it gives you? Just made a goal to reach gold this month, so i am very interesting about it :)
