Hi,
could you please contact
support@grandduke.com so that we can look into it?
Regards

Could you please answer your phones when players call in, then you wouldn't have to come here asking players to contact your CS.
I wanted to warn other members about Grand Duke Casino. I registered with them recently and deposited money and received a bonus, all of which i subsequently lost. This carried on a few more times and i made a final deposit of £100 and received a £100 bonus. I continued playing and after a while had a balance of £400 which i tried to withdraw, I was told i had insufficient funds to make that withdrawal and then made a withdrawal request of £100. This was accepted but the remaining balance of £300 was wiped from the account. I subsequently had e-mail confirmation that i had met the necceassary wagering requirements but they refuse to give back the £300 and they took from the account or give any coherent explanation as to why it has been taken. I have tried over the past few days to contact them by phone but their phones are never manned, and despite many e-mails flying backwards and forwards and promises that one of their directors will review the case, this has not happened they are not prepared to pay back what they took. It appers like so many of these sites they are happy to take your money but will not give it back if you are fortunate enough to win anything. I had not noticed them on the rogue sites before so just wanted to warn other players of their dishonest behaviour.
It also doesn't seem likely that yet another email "flying backwards and forwards" will help, unless that is, you are now going to deal with this case PROPERLY now that it has appeared on the forum
I suspect that the missing £300 is the bonus money, which is removed during a withdrawal. The key point here is whether this is the correct amount to be removing, and we don't have the details of the transactions and bonuses claimed.
If, for example, the withdrawal came from a £100 deposit which was given a £300 bonus, then the removal of the £300 would be correct, and it should have been easy for CS to explain this to the player. If, however, it is the removal of past bonuses that were lost to the casino, and which have nothing to do with the current deposit and attached bonus (if any), it would be a reflection of the reasons behind Grand Duke having been sent to the pit in the first place.
It should not take a "director" to explain this to the player, so this looks very much like a bullshit remark from CS who hoped the player would just go away, with there never being any intent to escalate the matter further, which in this case seems to be what happened, except that the player didn't just "go away", he came here and posted about it as a warning to others.
Given how quickly you jumped in here, going public seems to be the best way for players with an issue to get it taken seriously. Is this what you want? Surely it would be better to deal with problems before they reach the stage of going public, which gets us back to answering your phones, and not just playing "pass the parcel" with emails.
