and got their play promotion thingy, and apparently I have to deposit $20 to have the $100 I won transferred. Has anyone heard of Euro Palace Casino? I cant seem to find much about it, and Im just wondering if its trustworthy. I do like the fact it plays my countries currency but as I was saying, I really cant seem to find any information about it. Anyone? Thanking you in advance;)

Euro Palace Casino is listed in the Microgaming section of Casinomeister as "proceed with caution". That means that you could very well have a good experience there, however "proceed with caution" means there is no i-rep here that you can contact if you do run into troubles. IMO, I have a hard time figuring out why any casino would not go out of their way to try and become accredited here. It automatically raises the suspicion level of the casino. Again, IMHO.

ok, now thats made me totally uneasy

however the customer service people seem really nice. Mind you I've heard of stories of our CSRs are really good while your'll putting your money in but watch out if you want to take it out.. lol:confused:

You can still get paid from casinos not accredited. There is just plenty of accredited casinos here to choose from for future reference.

I deposited $20, got the $100 bonus and cashed out $240. Money was in my ecocard a/c in about 48 hours after request.

ummmm pretty new here, still finding my way around

Where is the
Microgaming section of Casinomeister part? thank you

It should be safe.

Operator is Digimedia Ltd, and the affy program is Fortune Affiliates.

The Digimedia website only lists three casinos, none of which are Euro Palace. It is also missing other known casinos.

Digimedia seems to be the company that owns Fortune Lounge itself, which recently mothballed 4 of the 8 casinos in it's portfolio.

Euro Palace seems to focus on Europe and particularly the UK, whereas Fortune Lounge is "rest of world", and was previously focussed on the US.

There is an easy test to check whether Euro Palace itself is a Fortune Lounge casino, rather than simply another "independent" casino owned by Digimedia.

This is based on the advent calendar promo. It only works in ONE account across the whole Fortune Lounge group, thus the test is to first claim the day's promo at, say, Royal Vegas, then at, say, Platinum play (where it will be rejected with an error message).
Next, try claiming what appears to be a different promo at Euro Palace, that "purely by coincidence" is also an advent calendar with daily prizes.

Results and conclusion.

1) It works - casino just happens to be owned by same holding company as Fortune Lounge brands
2) Fails with same error message as Platinum Play test - Euro Palace IS directly a Fortune Lounge casino, but one "in disguise", and not mentioned anywhere "on record" as far as players can see in terms and conditions, etc.

That's odd, the first day (free spins on Santa's Wild) I claimed it at Royal Vegas and Platinum Play with no problem. Of course it was only 5 free spins, I won .02 and .52 so I guess they figured I wasn't taking advantage. ;)

Their website look almost like spin palace casino, many detail is the same as spin palace, and the "palace"

It's quite confusing. I am sure on CM it is listed as "Wingate affiliates", not Fortune Affiliates. Digimedia seems to crop up elsewhere, and seems to tie together other supposedly "independent" operators according to casino websites, not the Digimedia website.

I even thought it had something to do with Belle Rock, but I also remembered the previous discussion about it being related to Fortune Lounge.

Fortune Lounge also have other region specific casinos that are not listed as Fortune Lounge properties. One I remember is "Goldfishka" for the Russian market, and I am sure there is another aimed at the far east (Japan, etc).

The terms say that players can open new accounts at all in the group and claim bonuses, but only at a rate of two per week. Euro Palace players should be OK so long as they are not opening Fortune Lounge accounts at the same time and using up their 2 per week allowance.

Euro Palace has the eCogra "safe and fair" seal, which gives players somewhere to go even though there is no rep here.

oh well, since I started this thread I deposited $30.00

and have been playing on the games since. What a sucker I am. Sooo tired, my bonus balance says $70 and my cash balance says $225.00 which apparently I cant withdrawel because I 'still' havent met the wagering requirements. Im half asleep but sheesh, an all nighter with $2 - $3 spins at a time and I still havent met the requirements? How is that possible?:what:

I knew there was a reason, I never take bonuses, I just dont understand them... grrr! lol

And Im still awake from when I started this thread... lol

:D I was on a mission and I did it! Well I think I did it, the bonus is all gone and now theres only $290 in the cash bit. Now to see if they'll let me cash out, should be interesting :)

Seriously man - as I said in an earlier thread - bite the bullet and get a US/AU account with 32Red rather than looking for NZ Currency ones - you won't regret it and you will never have to worry about getting paid again! :)

And as the links above show - play at accredited Casino's. There is heaps to choose from for us NZ Players!

Euro Palace is OK.

Haven't played there in some time but I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Played there for 6 months until July and withdrew perhaps a dozen times.
Nothing shonky about their operation - it was just that I couldn't seem to get in front.
Just so happens that I uninstalled all casinos (about 25) and stopped playing for a few months.
Came back recently and now spend most of my time at 32Red.

ps:
re Europalace I posted an appreciative comment at Casinomesterforum in May.

I asked if they were under the same branch as Platinum Casino

as I have an account with them and had used a similar bonus but failed.. lol plus the fact that they looked exactly the same as Platinum Casino and had the same thought of layout etc but they said they weren't under the same umbrella and that they were independent or something.

Casinos from the Fortune Lounge group, is a bad or a good thing?

Is the hassle of getting a US/AU account.. seems like alot of paperwork.. lol

plus I wouldnt have the first clue how one goes about it, or what one actually looks for.

I tried 32 Red and though I liked the games, my computer or ISP provider didnt. The games kept freezing, or continuously spinning or crashing altogether. Drove me nuts!

Actually I think it could be my pc, its old as the hills and Im seriously in need of a new one to play my casinos so when I finally hit it and manage to cash out some big bucks.. lol:p I will invest :)

So far, the experience hasnt been too bad with them

I really like the chat operators, they're really nice. They dont flush but they do 'soft locks' which I was abit hesitate of doing at first (I've read at heaps of places how players accounts get locked and then they cant access their money) but they said a 'soft lock' is only there until my winnings have been processed so I cant cancel the withdrawel (which I kept doing) and when its processed I can just email them and they will unlock my account. ;)

So fingers crossed, it all goes through ok and then 3 days down the road I find out' that theres no such thing as a soft lock' and that my account has been closed completely, I would totally spew... :what:

Update on this casino (Euro Palace)

I was paid within 3 days:D I was seriously surprised as I thought it would take 6 -10 days. Well ok, I cant actually access the money but I can see it in my bank and my bank reckons it will clear within 2 business days so I'm seriously wrapped.

Great staff and fast payments, so definitely a casino I wont be taking off my computer and one I would definitely recommend. Thanks everyone for your input, much appreciated:oops:
