euro palace

.

I have never visited their site . But CM have a list of all known Microgaming casinos and Euro Palace is marked with Proceed with Caution

(Proceed with caution: No casino representative - you are on your own)

:)
Thanks..
proceed with caution I think they say that with Zodiac as well and never had a problem on there site.
Euro Palace just looks cool. Looking to try some new sites.

I've played at EuroPalace a few times and no complaints here.
2 cashouts so far, both paid without a hassle within 48 hours (just over 24 hours to be more specific.)

I remember reading somewhere that they are a Fortune Lounge whitelabel?
They do use the same payment processor (Seabrook LTD)

I think they are good to go.

I had a look, and the image of their lobby shows the Fortune Lounge template. They also have the eCogra seal, so players are not completely on their own. If they are a white label, they cannot be accredited here (no white labels rule) no matter how good they are.

They also have a term limiting players to no more than 2 new accounts at related casinos in a 7 day period - which is very strange given that there are no "sister casinos", and if the term is meant to include Fortune Lounge casinos this should be made clear. At present, a player could create two accounts with Fortune Lounge and one at Euro Palace with no idea that they may have created three FL accounts against the rules. They will only find out if they win.

I may take a look, with some caution of course, to see how good they really are. FL pay pretty fast, and on a bank holiday weekend too (paid last Saturday, wasn't really expecting to see it till Tuesday because of the holiday). This was a FL withdraw to Neteller in around 24 hours with none of this "we don't process at the weekend" that is spreading throughout the industry. Maybe they just extend Friday so that they can pay as many players as possible in time for the weekend, rather than process on Saturday and Sundays.

I am a bit of an "expert" when it comes to playing (and debugging:D) Microgaming's software.

I am a VIP with FL, and have not had any real trouble with them, so shouldn't have with a white label. If they ARE FL, there is a possible indicator for this that I can look for (Forget it Wim, I'm not telling yet:D).

It looks like they are targetting the European market (the name "Euro Palace" gives it away), but the default to the Euro and a Union Jack showing on the home page makes it attractive to UK players too, even though the Euro (rather than the Pound) might put them off if they don't realise they can use Pounds as well, along with quite a few other currencies)

If it is confirmed a white label, this should be information added to the CM "list of Microgaming casinos", along with the underlying operator.

The choice of name could have been better though, as "palace" tends to make players worry (Crystal Palace, Golden Palace, who knows even Gold VIP Club Palace will be along shortly:rolleyes:).
