Has anyone recieved a bonus promotion from GoWild in the last 10 days?

I was just wondering if anyone recieved a match bonus from GoWild in the last 10 days.
Reason is 3 or 4 days ago made a deposit and asked if there any promotions/bonus they said there are none. Thats fine but every since i played them I recieved promotions 2 times a week but about 10 days ago made a withdrawl and havent recieved any promos since then. I hope they dont penalize you for making a withdrawl I hate that when casinos do that, just wondering!!
 
i received a go wild promotion in the form of spam about 2 or 3 days ago , never signed to them but getting a few bonus spam type emails
 
I recieved a weekend bonus mail, got it, and another one at Monday, also used it. I ussually recieve 2 or 3 mails around a week. Hope you're not bonus banned... If yes, that's not a tactic for a serious casino.

That peeves me off I have deposit tons of money before making a withdrawl I to usta recieve weekend bonuses and one threw the week but hanvt in the last 2 weekends i hate it when casinos do this.

I checked my records, and was ahead overall. I had made withdrawals before this and not been bonus banned. You may find that even though you have made several deposits, the withdrawal has placed you ahead over the life of your account.

MANY casinos have this policy, but very few spell it out in the terms and conditions that bonuses are only offered to players with a lifetime negative outcome on their play.

There are some casinos that do NOT bonus ban players simply for getting ahead, but that take into account HOW they managed it, thus a player who is ahead on slots does NOT get an automatic bonus ban, whereas one that has played a tight strategy on non-slot games and only when there is a bonus could find themselves bonus banned for these reasons, even if not ahead overall.


It is possible that uninstalling GoWild and ignoring them for a while will have them send you a "we miss you" offer. This is likely if you were simply lucky, rather than played a strategy.

Your prob right, I have won more than i deposit but if any casino do this practice i dont care who they are its unfair and besides i dont play anything but slots, i just emailed them again and they said there are no promotions right now but yet other people seem to be recieving them.
If this is the case Im not recieving protions because I have won then i will never play here again, thats what gambling is, just cause i got lucky I shouldnt get penalizes for it.

The last 2-3 months put me very much up at GoWild, I still get my match bonuses, do you normally receive the weekly/weekend bonuses from your VIP manager?, or try looking at it this way...Bonuses are not based on how much you win, but instead, are giving to those whom are not winning, win win situation imho, you are either getting bonuses to help you through those lean times or you are winning good and are in front in the deposit - withdrawal ratio ;).

I totally agree with you and Im ready to fold in the towl with GoWild. I sent them a e-mail and they replied back there are no promotions right now then I replied back stating that I know other people are getting promotions and why I am not recieving them and never heard back. Its true they dont have the balls to tell the truth. At once I thought this was one of the best casinos but relizing very fast they are not! because they just cant answer a simple question. And same as you its not about the bonuses its the lies thats how I feel making a deposit asking if there are any promotions telling me there is none while others are recieving them and they cant tell me why then my $$$ going else were.

She has been wonderfully responsive to my inquiries regarding some problems I had recently. I am not even a VIP yet and she has provided me with prompt, courteous attention and, most importantly, results! :thumbsup:
 
I have gotten a email from them saying I aready have a account and to send all this info to them, uhhhhhhh no I don't have another account with you I just signed up and started playing this week, so this email raises a red flag for me.


As for bonuses ya like everyday i get something from them,lol

I would not take any bonuses, I did with them and my playthrough did not drop at all after a lengthy session on thunderstruck 2 and this was another red flag for me, but who knows just these couple of things don't give me a good feeling.

The summary of that thread from my opinion - why lie? If you bonus ban me which you are entitled to do then TELL ME rather than "pretend" there are no bonus's at the moment - makes them seem shady. I even PM'd Gia and wasn't given a straight answer either apart from "she would ensure it didn't happen again" which it obviously has - a lot!

I give ALL my MG business to 32Red now - after reading here recently why wouldn't you?

While I am sure Melissa would be helpful and hopefully at least truthful, I see no point. This casino is outright lying to their customers. We are not the only ones. They are lying because they don't want to deal with a possible backlash from customers who have been banned. In my case, they've lost a customer because they lied. I would have continued to play there without bonuses. I've sung their praises since before they were accredited, but now I am done. This is not how customers should be treated.
 
GoWild should just inform the player that he isnt eligible for promotions as I dont find anything wrong with that. When there are ongoing promos for some and individual players dont get them naturally they will feel unhappy but this is a business and they may offer promos as they like to anyone. In fact, they could also offer cusomised promos to selected customers if they wish so there is really no problem refusing them to a handful of players. However, please dont lie GW.
 
The bottom line I feel that there not being honest, Its not all about the bonuses but dont say there is none while others are recieving them and why should any casino penalize you for making a withdrawl. In the long run theyll get it back. I also find with GW when making a deposit there right there to help and they encourage to deposit more but when I asked if there were any promo they said no but when I asked why others are recieving them then I never get a reply.
Its that simple for me if they only told me the reason there would be none of this.

Had the same thing happen to me from go wild a couple of months ago= Just after I had 2 wins (one LOTR 1000) and a royal flush. (and yes I play with AND without bonuses)Got thhe no promotions line from support= my response = deleted the casino- I figure if a casino cant handle a couple of 1000 plus wins without going into "panic"stopping bonuses and not having the gumption to state it clearly then there not worth playing at=I just play even more at 32red.

Its not just some Micros that do this- after my big win at high noon I seemed to become personna non grata= even though the win probably just covered all the money I lost at various club world casinos over the years. Sometimes I think these casinos need to sit down with a business manager and a marketing manager that actually know what they are doing

Well i acutally did the same,i deleted the game and closed my account.
And now i play at my same old casinos that give me the same bonuses even if i win or lose.
