Just wanted to share my experience at GoWild Casino. So far, it´s been a great experience: very friendly chat service, they also speak Spanish, which has made things easier for me. They answer emails almost immediately. They´ve given some great gifts. It´s for sure that they are making their best effort to be fully accredited in the near future. I vote for GoWild. Accredited now!
 
Yep I rate them highly also, I remember one night I had just deposited and opened live chat to claim my bonuses and ended up speaking to a CS girl (Claire) for well over an hour amongst all other things the World of Warcraft lol.

I`ve never had problems with them but was a little concerned over the Serbian fiasco and thus stopped playing there, but, all that is water under the bridge now and I wish them luck with their BoF here (oops World of Warcraft flash back then, a Paladin buff lol).

Just a few aspects i`d like to see changed there and that`s a flush reverse withdrawal option (even though this doesn`t affect blue tier players and above), and some of their T&C`s made clearer, but overall I really do rate them, and would recommend them to friends :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Well I played there and had to wait up to 20 minutes for online chat and they have no phone service. on 5 deposits got absolutely nothing bad run i guess and not only that in total i have a 100 loyalty points on 5 deposits. The bonuses like the free spins well thats a bit of a joke ,anything free i guess is good but never got over 2 dollars in any of them. I also emailed the rep here 7 days ago and have had no response. Accredied now ,hmmmm i cant a agree on that one but its just my opinion.

I used to play CoD, (2 iirc, the actual game in single player mode was awesome), as far as MMORPG`s go they are in a different ball park, each game play session is completely different, you don`t have to role play as such (I don`t), and WoW has a 10 million world wide player base, it has games inside the game where you can win some serious cash also (arena PvP), I know only to well the adrenaline rush FPS`s give but imho they do not compare with the 5-10-25-40 man raids that RPG`s give, killing the end boss for the 1st time in instances is one helluva rush ;).

FYI whether you win or lose is irrelevant when it comes to whether they should be accredited.

It seems silly that anyone would object based on not winning. :rolleyes:

You should learn to stop being so rude.

You said they shouldn't be accredited based on waiting 20 minutes for live chat and all your losing deposits. It's what you said. I don't see any other reason that you provided.

If you want CMs definition of what constitutes an accredited casino go check out the CM website. It doesn't matter what I think.
 
I think I will give Go wild another go. It will be far better if that that fastpay thing they have can be implemented for all palyers though. I don't see why it should just be for vip's.

Please note that this is not an argumentation con or pro accreditation.

I signed up yesterday. Chat support was friendly and helpful. There were some brief technical problems and chat was unavailable then, but except for that it was fast. Welcome bonus and free spins were credited instantly.

understandable ,did you find the casino abit glitchy or was it just my computer

Some of the slots didn't load properly after first download, don't remember exactly what happened but it took like 10 secs or so before it looked normal.

You can't check the playthrough yourself, that's a disappointment. I usually only play at casinos where you can do that.

ok i have been playing go wild since they opened.....i have $3600 or so in deposits, and i have cashed out 3 times. i am down about $400 total.

and i also have had many other times where i could of cashed out way more or just cashed out....( i am greedy and have a hard time cashing out)

chat service is almost always fast....sometimes people are busy can't help that.

i cash out by check courier, i cashed out saturday morning and i know the cheque will be here by tuesday.

my bigest complaint about go wild are 2 things.....

1. when i go to get my bonus, i say what's my bonus for $150? they tell me how much it is then try to upsell to $200 or $250. i don't like that.

2. you cannot play progressive slots when you have a bonus balance. it is forbiden as the chat operator told me. so beware of that.

If SOMETIMES (not always) disagreeing with what others say is RUDE, then you must think EVERYBODY must be rude. :rolleyes:

Can you please point out the ' more to what you said ' part as I still just see your only complaints being one live chat delay and losing - neither of which is relevant when it comes to accreditation.

I'm sorry but telling someone they didn't read something properly IS rude.

Idd she is <3, last year I had a brief spell in hospital and I emailed her to ask if she could claim my Wednesday Deluxe for me (100 FS`s on BDBA), not only did she do that for me but she also left a little present in my account, to make me feel better when I returned home:).

"would love to play MG again.." means you must have played (and had real accounts?) before. Why don't you go back to those casinos and ask if they have the "USA version"?
You should then be able to use your old account on the new software, and so get round the "no new players" rule.

I think US players also wanting those new games but "us version does not have".

Last year, I went to a foreign country where online gaming is un-lawful.
I came up with this solution. I set up a computer in my house in Australia.
And remote connect to it using VPN. Then I can play whatever games, I want to play.
 
I play at GoWild for more then 1 year now and have good times here.
Did make some withdrawals, but recently (since serbia) the live support team is hard to reach, I hope it gets better soon.
