Hi Casinomeister,

first of all I'd like to let you know that I'm actually pretty new at online-gambling. I used to play in land-based casinos only and learned accidentally about online casinos - and I gave them a try. So if my questions are too stupid or my English is too bad so please don't get too hard on me, ok? ;)

I'm wondering why I couldn't find the ClubDiceCasino on your reputable casinos summary. Is there a reason for that?

About 6 weeks ago I won $17,000 on my first day at the clubdice with a Straight Flush at carribian poker. Just 13 days after cashing out $10,000 (which is the 30-days-limit for new players) I received two cheques ($5,000 each). No catches. Only my welcome bonus of $75.00 has been removed after the cash-out. Considered that I'm from Germany and the cheques have been sent by regular mail I think that was really fast. A week ago I won another $4,000 for a Royal Flush at DeucesWild ($5.00/game) $)

The (live-) online support is excellent and the 24hours phone support works just fine. That's why I insist getting your summary completed ;)

Hi Anne_66,

And welcome to the forum. Actually, the list in the reputable casino site is not exhaustive. There are a number of casinos that ought to be listed there, but are not for several reasons. The simple reason that Club Dice isn't listed is because of their assocition with the OPA; it's what I feel is a bogus watchdog group.

I've met with the Club Dice people off and on for the past year and explained this to them, but so far they remain unmoved. The OPA is merely a front for a couple of guys sitting in Wales giving certifications to a few selected Playtech casinos. They (the OPA) also claim that the Black Widow casino group is reputable -- which they are far from not. If you want to read about the OPA and my feelings about them, check out the newsletter from 10 January 2003 https://www.casinomeister.com/static/newsletter/2003/10january2003.html

Once they remove these logos, I'd be happy to take them on board.

My friend just won $400 their and cashed out a few days ago. I will let you know what happens.

@lanida:

Thx for your congrats :) I'm really happy and I'm starting to l*o*v*e* playing online despite so many people are complaining about it. I think you just have to watch your losses as well as your winnings and everything will work out fine. It should be seen what it is - a hobby. Not more not less.

By the way Black Jack is not necessarily my game, so I can't give you an impression of this game at the clubdice. Sorry. But I wish you good luck, lanida :)

@casinomeister:

Thanks for your explanation. I didn't know that the OPA is this bad. As I said I'm new at online gambling. Thanks anyway for such a quick answer. I'm gonna read about the OPA asap. Keep up the good work :)

best,
Anne

I played there last year and won a few thousand on video poker. Cashed out with no hassles, had the money in neteller when they said I would.

Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)

They constantly send promotions to me but I haven't touched them for a very long time. I've still got about $500 in my account from last year of which $300 is a bonus but I can't withdraw any of my balance. I met the wagering requirements so should be able to withdraw everything but the bonus. I have no idea how much money I need to have in my account to withdraw anything. They just fraudulantly prevented me from cashing out my money for no known reason after processing a previous cashout. It is some arbitrary 'decision of the finance department'.

There have been quite a few other problems that are unresolved with this casino group (you can find links to some of the complaints above).

This casino was the first Playtech but I don't really know much about them.
