New RTG SlotsJungle, caution.

I got a promo for a new RTG casino slotsjungle so out of curiosity visited their site.
I could find no mention of a license at all, not even on their fair gaming page so off I went to live chat.
Here is the transcript;

There are many licensing jurisdictions
Normally a Casino states where they are licensed
Gibraltar or Costa Rica or whatever

Anyway just for fun I sent them an email to see if I would get a reply and to my surprise I did - here it is.

I thought that pretty unlikely so headed of to the UKGC site to check.
I found no entries for RegalBar or SlotsJungle Casino.:eek2:

This company also owns winPalace casino another RTG and Mayflower Casino which has the Topgame software.

None of these sites have any license information either.

Be cautious of playing at these casinos or others from this company unless they can provide evidence that they are licensed in the UK.

It looks very likely to me this is yet another company that claims to be licensed in the UK but is talking through their 10 Gallon hat.
The company is registered in the UK but that means nothing.

Our brands, Winpalace, Slotsjungle, CasinoTitan are all licensed in Curacao.

Info regarding the owner, RegalBar Ltd, is correct and they are a British company.

I disagree, the information given regarding the ownership is totally misleading at best given the context of the question (where are you licensed?) and dishonest at worse.
RegalBar do not have a remote gaming license in the UK and none of the Casinos are licensed in the UK or even a whitelisted jurisdiction.

I regard Curcao as a step up from Costa Rica though so why is there no mention of your gaming license on any of your sites - not even on the fair play page?
If Curacao had been listed I would of just shrugged and not bothered with this thread.
 
I agree, it should be stated in the same line and I've already passed it through.

Btw, on the documents we send to our partner that promote us this info is stated, but it should be on the sites as well.

What a joke of a casino. Check out this term from Slot Jungle's website. No way would I play there.

I just want the documents sent as is now five days ago and I still have no confirmation that my account will receive free of disbursements is.

In the live chat is always saying I should just write an email.


It's only a small amount but actually I'm very unhappy there.

I would not say that this casino is bad, but so far, unfortunately, can not win a good impression.


I hope I get to my e-mail for feedback.

If not, then I know not.

I would actually pay only $ 300, but this must be possible.

Well they have now updated the site and state very clearly that the Casino is licensed by Curacao so good on them for that.
They have done the same with WinPalace as well.
Surprised the Rep did not pop back in to make that known as it shows them in a better light.
 
I can not say yet.

It took about 1 week to given my account of disbursements was free.

I then made a withdrawal, 2 days ago.

I was told it may take up to 4 days.


I hope all is well and I get the money.

I apply if I can say more.

so im confussed is it good or bad casino for payment?

I think the best thing to do is wait and see.
I thought I would test them with trying the free chip promo they keep spamming me with.
The code didn't work so I went to live chat - got little joy their and was told to email them the promo and more details.
Did that over the weekend and not heard anything back.
Like I say, wait and see.
High Noon casino will open soon if you have to try a new RTG that is probably better bet right now.

Update:

Today, four days after requesting the payment I have this on my Neteller account.

It was not a big sum, but they have paid.

Good service seems to me different, however, I must say unfortunately.

I do not think that I will pay up there again.


I think they pay out but it is connected to a long wait.

Everyone has to decide himself whether he wants it or not.
 
Well sometimes.....

as long as you follow the rules/terms, you will get paid. Face it, if they don't pay on clear wins they won't survive long.

I think it is those that really try to rip of casinos that find it difficult to get paid.
 
What is the current situation with this casino just got an email unfortunately titled "You Have Won":rolleyes: When you open it they offer $40 free chips.

Are people now finding them ok after the month that has gone passed?
