ok ill start by stating i am a fool

i didnt read the rogue section on here before joining an online casino which is on the rogue list

i would like some serious information to were i stand please

im new to rtg casinos and im not sure im being told the truth

i deposited about 800 over a 6 week period at the casino and then hit a rather good roll and ended up with a balance of 6000

curious to how i went about making a withdrawel i came on here to read posts and possibly get some information to point me in the right direction which to my horror pointed me in the direction of finding out problems people have had with casinos in this group

anyways i sent the required fax back documents required and decided to make a withdrawel of double my deposits

after 2 weeks my withdrawel wasnt payed and in my account details it stated "withdrawel requested "as it had from day1

after contacting chat over the last week and sending the documents again and again as aperently they hadnt recieved them i was told yesterday they have recieved them but could take a further 20 days for the accounts dept to process

is this just stalling tactics on the casinos behalf?

has anyone actually got any money out of a rouged casino?????????

am i really just living in hope i will get payed and also how can they get away it if i dont ever see the money

also is there any way of at least getting my deposits back via visa if they rip me off

the 1st really decent sized win ive had in ages and im totally gutted and disapointed in myself for not reading the rouge section 1st

any advise apriciated

Did you play at one of the Virtual casinos by chance, palace of chance, cool cat, cirrus ect? If so the chances are you prolly slim to none, just stay on them and call everyday, harrass them to the bitter end, thats about the only way you will get your money, well maybe a bit here and there if your lucky................laurie

100% Definitely!

Yes.
Long before I even knew about CasinoMeister I unwittingly played at quite a few "rogue" places, and I never once did not get my withdrawal, though some took a VERY long time and a lot of hassling of the casino in question.
However, I never won anything like as much as you did, and this could be a serious problem.

Probably too late now, but if I were in your shoes I would have only asked for a small withdrawal to start with - say something like 250-500 so it didn't look like I was "cutting & running". (I'm not saying this would definitely make any difference, but it's what I would have done).
Once I got my first withdrawal I would have played on as much as possible without losing too much before making another withdrawal for a higher amount. Wash & repeat.

What you need to do now is keep chasing them, but keep it polite.
I know it's hard, but try to refrain from getting abusive or making any sort of threats of legal action, taking it to forums, etc.
I think if you can do that & stay patient you might have a chance of getting your winnings - but be prepared for it to take several months to get the full amount.
PLEASE don't play it all (or any significant sum) back - that is exactly what these criminals want you to do.

Good luck!
KK

Sorry to hear you got tangled up with a bad one. It's happened to all of us at one time or another.

The 20 working day cash out delay is not all that unusual. It bites but withdrawl times at many casinos are 15 to 20 working days. My guess is that if you just keep after them once the 20 days are over you probably will get your money.

No Guarantee of course. Best of Luck to you!

You have already got good answers here but i wanted to add some.

When they approve your withdrawal request they usually will hold your money for two to three more weeks before they pay you.

Their stalling tactics is for two reasons. Number 1 is that they hope you will reverse your withdrawal and gambe it away.
Number 2 is the interest they get on all money.

I too at one time was playing consistently at one of the rogues before coming here. (virtual group) I also always got paid but took between 30 and 50 days. I also think their strategy's were holding pending cash-outs for like 10 days with the hopes of you reversing. After it's approved the next 30 day delay was to see if you kept making deposits, and if so they would pay you. I never knew what would happen if you didn't keep depositing because I always kept depositing. In many cases I deposited more then I cashed out by the time I got paid.

I would recommend NOT to deposit anymore there, stay on their ass, be polite, and maybe stop in a church.

this thread has really opened my eyes. im so confused about how places like this are able to stay open when every player who goes there tells the world to stay the hell away..:eek2:

A constant influx of fresh meat, supplied by affiliates who run banner farms...and throw up banners for every casino on the net, regardless of how they conduct their business. And then of course, there are the players who insist on playing there, even though they know better....because they are tempted by those 1000% bonuses. They've probably never cashed out any large amounts, and don't realize that those bonuses are nothing more than a way to entrap players.

Hiya: Record/take screen shots of everything. If you did not, you can still do it. This is to avoid them saying, "We still do not have your Doc's, and so on, as you have it from their Chat session, "recorded" that they do have them.

Like KK said, be polite. I would take it one step further, and Log In, and keep playing some. Short sessions, and a little money. The objective is to Really show them that you are intending on still playing. They want their money back. The only way for them to get it, is..........
1. Just don't pay you, or
2. Pay You, have you keep playing, Lose, and Deposit again.

The more you can make them think that #2 is their best option, the more likely you are for them not to resourt to option 1. And even if they do, you can get your money back thru your bank. But you must record everything, even if it means going back in to Chat, and saying, "Hi I am just verifying that you got my Doc's. You did, Thanks."

I would take it one step further, and Log In, and keep playing some.

I don`t agree!

The player has already made the withdrawal request. If he wants to play again he has to reverse the withdrawal and THAT is the worst thing to do.

Every withdrawal request means 3 weeks extra before approval.

As said here before, just be polite and log in 3 times a week and ask live chat to check the withdrawal request.

He said he only make a withdraw request of double his deposit. that is e1600, and not e6000. He also stated he was depositing it over a period of several weeks. Thus, an established pattern.
e800 deposited
e6000 balance
x2 withdraw request e1600 Balance left in the Casino e4400.

So, what should he do with that remaining e4400?

and even it he misspoke, and withdrew all of it, he had been depositing around a e100 per week, or thereabouts. Would you not risk e100 deposit/play to get your e6000?

You are correct here.

I just assumed that he made a withdrawal request for everything he had. My mistake!

I missed the end of this sentence:

anyways i sent the required fax back documents required and decided to make a withdrawel of double my deposits

In this case, it is exactly as love2winalot says.
Continue your play carefully and they will think you are a gold calf.:)

the casino is in the "virtual group"

cirruscasinouk as its played in s

i have been logging in everyday and screenshotting my account details inc date and time just for evidence of my balance incase they lock me out

also i do have over 4000 left in the account so i play an hr every night so as to look like im a player , weird thing is i seem to to winning lol

would visa charge back my deposits if i end up not being payed "i have all the evidence ie screen shots and chat logs"???

this would make the wait slightly less stressfull knowing i wont be out of pocket

I think you will get your money! They are probably even confused over the fact that you left over 4000 on your account.

And now some of my own thoughts:

About the Visa, I think that even the rogue casinos are more careful when it comes to Visa.

They do not want to make more people mad.

I have always thought that most "bad" casinos are worse when it comes to web wallets like NETeller or moneybookers.

I have earlier made a lot of withdrawals at th Virtual Group, at least 20.

I don`t recommend them at all, I didn`t know better.

Twice the withdrawal requests were declined:

Once at Cirrus, they accused me for bonus abuse. I had deposit only 3$ between the free chips. They paid me ALL my deposits back. (6 $ :D )

Once at Club Player, I had played Black Jack with bonus money AFTER my playthrough was made. They gave me my deposit back.

Conclusion:

Take slowly all your money from them, save some, and then deposit at trustworthy casinos.

Maphesto is right. The Goal is to get ALL of your money and winnings Out of the Casino, and then deposit someplace better next time. There are only 2 types of BAD Casino's.
1. The ones that Never pay Anybody. People saying they did get paid my them, are working for them, and so on.
2. The ones that Pay Some People, based on their estimates of if they will get the money back or not.

If this is Casino #1, all you will get is your deposits back, and maybe, "since you deposited several times", only the last deposit. Your Bank does this.

If it is Casino #2, then you have a chance. You are doing the right thing, "imhop" by continuing to play, and showing that you are not a Win & Leave & Never come back player.

Lets assume you get the withdrawn money in a couple of weeks. Now what? Once again, i would bide my time, and play, and withdraw part of it again, in a few days. Rinse and repeat.

ps: You might want to lose a little on purpose.........;)

i have been waiting since january 2nd, from two virtual groups i was just approved last week. but sometime late next week they will be sending themoney. they are jut being extra slow right now. even before when all went smooth it took 24 days to get my money. but do like i will after this avoid them. not worht the hassel.

For anyone reading these threads where people say they've been paid by a rogue casino, whether it's a rogue from Casinomeister's list or a known rogue from any other source (Including the posts I've made about being paid by a rogue.) This doesn't mean it's ok to play them and take your chances. You're supposed to be gambling when you spin the wheel not when you hit 'withdrawal.'

Every deposit you make whether you've been paid in the past or not is supporting criminal organizations. Maybe they paid you after a couple of months of harassing them but there are thousands who have never been paid. People who gave up after weeks or months of emails and live chats.

If you deposit and lose, you're putting more money in their pockets and if you win, you're winning money they most likely stole from someone else.

I don't get my medication from drug dealers. I don't get my good deals from thieves. When someone whispers at me from an alleyway I keep walking and I don't take an 800% deposit bonus and make deposits at a rogue casino.

When someone whispers at me from an alleyway I keep walking

Yea, and i am getting tired of trying to catch up to you..................;)

But the point is a good one. Sure, you could just do a charge back against them, but the money processor you used would never understand, and you end up losing a deposit option, "Forever".

And, "not accusing anyone, just saying", if you think that Rogue Casino's don't have shill's posting on message boards about how good the Casino was, you are very wrong. It is that some are not as good at it as others.....

The 20 working day cash out delay is not all that unusual. It bites but withdrawl times at many casinos are 15 to 20 working days.

That's not actually the case in the UK where the OP is based - 2-5 days max normally, but obviously casinos like Virtual have a history.

I'm sorry that your first experience of online gambling was with these people Phil but I'd like to draw your attention to th Pitch A Bitch (PAB) section here at Meister.

If it wer me, I'd actually withdraw the whole amount, and never log in again, ever. If nothing happens do a PAB. Thre is some recent history between CM & this group that might work in your favour.

I'll add my 2 cents worth. I've never had a withdrawal problem at a rogue casino, because I've never had the chance. But early days, I played at one not knowing.

Do NOT, under any circumstances, accept a free chip from them. You have a balance, and it will be a trick to void your remaining funds.

I'd initiate another withdrawal, for most of your funds. Maybe leave $500 to play with to show you still are a sucker.

You do catch more flies with honey than vinegar. I would butter them up. Tell them what a great experience it's been, how you can't wait to show all your friends the cheque and recommend them, blah, blah, blah.

When you make your second withdrawal, I suggest you imply that you would keep playing it, except you didn't realize how long a withdrawal will take.

If that $500 runs out, step up the calls. Tell them you are so anxious to play again, and you can't wait until you receive your money so you can deposit again.

Play the innocent and believing dupe, and perhaps they will figure they have a live one.

Good luck to you. I hope you have better experiences in the future, and you will with the casino's accredited here.

i thnk my next plan of attack will be this

please advise me if you think its a bad idea

contact live support mid week and ask politely for an update on my withdrawal

also state im spending a fortune at other casinos wilst im awaiting the payment from them

going to say i wont deposit again till i recieve the withdrawel as a mark of trust between myself and the casino

im also going to state i only high roll after im confident im at a casino i can trust hence the withdrawel and my previous low to medium rolling play

should i add anything else

i know its a gamble but suppose its worth a shot

For those that are new to online gaming whom have't discoverd CasinoMeister.com yet, perhaps just Googling a casino one is considering might be sufficient to expose any red flags, should problems exist with a particular site. Hope this helps. :D

im so glad i found this place

i have been playing online casinos for a few yrs now and never got stung before

its only since i started playing rtg i found an actuall rtg casino instead of $
i just thought it would be easier

now ive found casinomeister i wont play any casino now till ive checked its credability on here

casinomeister has opened my eyes to a world of bad casinos and in fairness i didnt win a major jackpot or anything so suppose if i dont get payed i will have to put it down to experience

fingers crossed i may get something back

thanks people for your replies

I agree with what Simmo said, get the entire balance withdrawn in one go. There will be two variables. 1/ They pay you. 2/ They don't pay you.

By leaving a large chunk of it in your account, the casino will soon realise what your upto and it may even work against you because they might think you have something to hide.

Another problem with contuining playing off this money is that you could win another sizeable amount or even a jackpot, how would you feel then? You are also wasting more of your own time by playing in a casino you might not get paid from. So any enjoyment factor is marred by the nagging doubt of getting paid.

If the final result of all this is they give you your deposits back only, then look at that as a good result and a hard lesson learned. This group are not really proper casinos, you might as well be playing with milk tokens, so first priority is get your deposits back, as that is your money you went out and worked hard for.

Any and all casinos listed in the accredited section here are good to go.

Do what Simmo suggests though. Withdraw the whole amount and if you run into a brick wall, submit a PAB here. The virtual guys gave the impression the other week in London that they are ready to turn over a new leaf so Max or Bryan just might be able to help you.
