First Post, so please bare with me.

I've recently just entered the online casino scene and had been been searching and searching for a good bonus to play where they accept click2pay, and finally found one that looked great on Pamper casino

Here were the terms:
- 900% bonus
- non withdrawable
- 50x b+d wager requirement for any game (including blackjack)
- redeemable as many times as you like
- max withdraw=2x bonus.
- available this week only

I deposited $20 six different times, getting $200 each time I deposited, and played $25-$50 blackjack hands, aiming to get up to $600 before hammering through the wr. On the sixth time, I got lucky. I ended up with $412 in my account after achieving the playthrough, which allowed me to withdraw $232.

Now after all this (I know, a rookie mistake), I decided to google them, and saw alot of scary info about them posted here, which made my stomach churn a little. Their site states that withdraws should be processed within 48 hours, and it has now been 72 and my money is still sitting in my account.

I'd like to get some advice from veteran members here, and people that have experience with this casino on what I should do now to maximize the chance that I'll get paid, and minimize the time it will take. By the way, I read through the terms and conditions several times, and I'm sure I didn't break any rules... however there always seems to be a general statement in any casino's T&C's that states something to the effect of: we reserve the right to deem you an abuser and not pay you for whatever reason we damn well please... which is what makes me nervous.

Welcome to the forum!

Here's what you do; go down on both knees, facing north, put the palms of your hands together just in front of your chin, and pray... :p

Seriously, Pampers are full of shit, and your best bet is to do what they ask (within reason), keep on chasing them but stay very polite & don't use ANY sort of threats to post about them on forums. Whatever they say or offer you, do NOT reverse your withdrawal to carry on playing.

I wish you the best of luck - you may need it!
Please keep us informed of progress.
Oh, and in future please stick to only recommended casinos!

For reference for others who may not know the Diapers, sorry Pampers story:-

The name Pamper Casino tells you something.
Like KK said F O S this is what Pampers are for.
Go with a better brand Huggies they hold more.
I wish you the best of luck & all you can do is wish for the best.

If they are really as bad as this, then why are they not posted in the Rogue/not recommended/caution section?

I will keep everyone updated on my experience there.

if you want to hire me to make banners, i am available :lolsign:

Thanks for all your help. If they pay up I have no qualms with them, so although I appreciate the effort put into the logo, I don't really think slinging a childish logo at them in this thread will help ensure I get my money, as they haven't done anything wrong at this point (at least with me).

I'm glad to hear that they generally pay up. Having seen only problems on the forums made me quite nervous, but that puts me a little more at ease. I'm sure they'd be listed as rogue if they didn't pay up as a general policy.

He's being easy on them. If you take ten minutes and search this forum, you would know you have about a 1% chance of getting your money, and even if you do, they are still a trashy, money-stealing organization which have no respect from anyone in this community

Update: I did receive my payout, but not before a minor complication.

I spoke with CS at the time of my original post, and was told I had surpassed the wagering requirement... which was I surprise to me because at the time by my estimation I hadn't wagered that much. About 3 business days after submitting my withdraw request, I received an email from accounting stating that I was just barely past half way through the wr.

I spoke with CS again, and requested transcripts (2 days ago) of my conversations with CS and was told they would be sent, but they haven't arrived yet.

Anyways, I completed the WR and only lost an additional $12, and from there the payout was actually quite prompt.
