If anyone decides to take advantage of a 20.00 bonus from Vegas Regal Casino beware. Shame on me for not reading the fine print a little better, I hit big and was told I could not withdraw more than 100.00. Hence the reason I do not use bonus coupons for this reason alone. But today I decided to try a new casino and took advantage of the offer, not fully reading the disclosure. I played for over 4 hours on this bonus so the wagering was sufficient. This Casino should post these bonus restrictions in Bold print. Lesson learned here, I should have known better and trusted my instinct as I have always in the past...

Your complaint is based on getting a free-no deposit bonus, winning and receiving free money? All of which was done per our clearly stated rules?

Sorry for not understand quite what this warning is about.

Oh c'mon. The terms were as clear as crystal. In fact, nearly all games could be played. I took the bonus and went up to more than $700 at one stage knowing fully well that I could only withdraw $100. I played down to $120 and withdrew ($20 is non-withdrawable). I also converted $12 worth of comps so I actually won $112 out of nothing. The money was in my ecocard account within 48 hours.

The only complaint (if it can be viewed as one) is that the comp points system could be more generous. How about double points for slots play?

I did exactly the same thing Chu with my free $20, got lucky and ran the slots up to around 700 or 800 dollars and made the playthru fairly easy and then cashed out $120 to my QT account Saturday and Monday it was in my QT account less the $20 of course.

One thing you can never acuse this (and other) Rival casino(s) from is unclear bonusterms.
Its all there in the cashier, one mouseclick away from your game, no struggle through a seperate webpage filled with 6 pages of lawertalk.
You simply cannot miss it when claiming the bonus.

I could not meet the WR this time, but I've had many hours of fun trying, it was a very nice surprise as I'm a bit low on cash atm.
Psychedelic Sixties is awesome.:notworthy
 for Vegas Regal!

:what:

Here's a screenshot of their No Deposit Bonus (it's $12 now) and it's in BOLD print right there in your face. Simple instructions - how could you miss this?

You're slamming these people for no reason, and making yourself look rather foolish if you ask me.

Hi, she got $20 for the new islot-which was an existing player promo, so the OP probably used there sign up ND as well, which means he had some understanding of Rivals cashier promotions.

I think she's pissed because she was going to deposit, but decided probably to take the no-deposit bonus first-and just hit out in a big way.

I see this a lot on this forum mainly from inetbet-with there manages bonuses-where players play them out-and hit the RTG hot streak, which is then capped. After months of losing deposits-to finally get it on a capped free chip-sucks, but that's the game! Choice is all ways yours.

REPLY TO ALL...

Simply stated, I said in my original email shame on me for not reading the fine print. I was to quick to accept before reading properly. I was only warning everyone to definitely read and beware before accepting the deposit. I didn't come out here to be dissed by everyone... I made a mistake and I accept it. WTF...

this is not the bonus I used, it was sent to me in a newsletter that distributes bonus codes, I did not get from their site.

What I'm stating is that "buyer beware" what is the harm in letting everyone know they should be more cautious, think twice ane READ the rules before accepting? By the way I elected to not withdraw the 100.00 that I could have done and I have no intention of doing so....

I have to sympathize with Bethmac on this one. She held her hands up and admitted not reading the terms and conditions of the bonus properly.
Maybe those who had a dig at her should read her original post a little more closely too.
Just a thought

Thank You! I've accepted responsibility, that's all I was stating. Everyone should be careful, no harm in passing that along...

Hi Beth, no harm at all, you are entitled to your opinion. It is just that your original post doesn't mention that you got this for free. You didn't deposit anything, that is why you had a $100 max cashout.

It is similar to me going to a supermarket, getting a free sample of soda, and then warning everybody not to buy the soda because your sample was small. Well, it was small because you got it free. If you would have paid for some soda, you could enjoy it without restrictions. This is why you were criticized; your warning can easily be misunderstood for a genuine complaint of bad behavior, and not just someone letting off steam. After all, many reading your complaint are going to think to themselves... I wish I was lucky enough to win... and without depositing anything!

Also, for you to take a bonus, it has to be in your cashier. We don't have bonus codes. If the bonus is in your cashier, so are the terms. Rival, as stated previously, and despite the software's short comings (which trust me we are pushing to get changed), is good in the sense that they make it easy for operators and players to see the T&Cs.

I do understand your frustration. It seems to me whenever I got to a casino (land based, I don't gamble much online), I bust out fast with a larger budget. But when I got just for a few quick hands, it seems I can't loose. Murphy's law I guess. But you should blame Murphy and not us... we really try to satisfy you. In fact, we were hoping we did... after all we gave you free money and you won! You didn't have to risk anything and got something free! Congratulations on that. And if you cash out, we will treat it just like any other cash out... fast and (after documents are in) easy.

Kind Regards,
Nicolas Johnson
