Has anyone ever been paid by this place ? I claimed a $10 freebie with a max cashout of $50 a few weeks back. After extensive play I initiated a withdrawal on the 24th of April. Here's where it starts getting weird.
As there is a max of $50 and the bonus itself is uncashable I quit at $60 ,the max cashout plus their $10 which was taken immediately leaving a $50 withdrawal pending. The next day (the 25th) I contacted live support to ask how long this transaction would take and was told 2-5 days excluding weekends. No mention of anything else needed. Then on the 29th I contact live support again and am told that they are still waiting for me to send the documentation requested. Huh ?? I never was asked for this and after telling support this they said , "oh, we emailed you last week but it bounced back as undeliverable". WTF ? Let me add here, this was the first time in hundreds and hundreds of plays at a Rival casino that I have ever been asked for id of any kind. Hmm ? Ok, no problem, I drive into work on my day off ,fax the requested forms and as soon as I get home I get another email telling me the documents have been received but that I now must make a deposit of at least $25 for security reasons to process my withdrawal. Unreal ! Ok, I'll bite again, make my deposit and lose it straight up with no play at all.
I then just waited until this morning ,contacted live support again and was just told my withdrawal will be processed probably Thursday or Friday. WTF ? Oh, by the way did I mention that somewhere in there another $10 was deducted from my withdrawal (I'm guessing they took the $10 chip again) and it now stands at $40
I've had runarounds online before but this place seems to take the cake. This is the longest QT withdrawal in history for something that should take minutes .
If anyone else has experiences getting cashed out here I'd love to hear about them as compared to mine. THANKS !
