I decided to give this casino a try after the response from the casino manager here, what a mistake. Top Game software is a pathetic joke, I have now had a chance to experience the absolute worst payouts in online casino history. $4.50/spin, largest payout hit $50.00, on Diabolo the bonus game was hit, the two wins were either $15.12 or $8.00....HAHAHAHA, totally laughable, I made 4 deposits all with the same results. I decided to close my account after my final session, 24 mins waiting for support I gave up. Sent a PM to the manager here to close my account, at least he did what I asked and closed it, kudo's, but no reply asking me about my experience, nothing about what can we do to make this better. This is just my 2 cents here so take it for what it's worth, however I just cant see Top Game or any of their casino's surviving with what is being offered.

I also classify this software in the win lose category, win for the operators and lose for the player, it will give lots of little wins to keep you going but will never amount to much, this to me is pretty dangerous, the player does not feel like it is fixed and cry's foul but feels hope and keeps chasing. I would love to see if anybody has actually won one of the progressive jackpots and been paid, something that could easily be hidden with no true governing body, but thats another topic.:)

Maybe the more players that offer their feedback just as you have done me_and_ed will help to get their attention to this and they will take note to improve their games platform and also their variance...:thumbsup:
 
Top game's slots are a joke. You only get 1 free spin with 3 scatters,3 free spins with 4 scatters and 5 free spins with 5 scatters.:confused:
 
I believe TheBesCasino offered a $55 no deposit offer just before Christmas. However the fine print turned out to totally different. Which only gave a $10 or $15 no deposit sign-up with the remaining to be added to account in early 2009.

Apparently this never occurred.

IMHO these type of clip joints are a direct result of the UIGA.

With MG pulling out of the US market and other casinos too, it leaves the gates open to these dodgy operations to target US players and fleece them. Ultimately there are US players that will probably take far greater risks these days to play at any online casino that will accept their wagers.

Naw, me_and_ed, don't you remember how bad Rival was a few years ago...after our heated discussion with them they finally "got it" and changed their games and payouts! That was a very positive move on their part in listening to players, but it sure took them a long time to come to grips with their lousy setup...and now, they have one of the best payouts/games in fun factor there is.
Maybe the more players that offer their feedback just as you have done me_and_ed will help to get their attention to this and they will take note to improve their games platform and also their variance...
They need to listen to what players are saying...they really are a poor casino..I make them on a scale of 1-10 a 1...just as Rival use to be a 2 or 3..they are now close to 8-9 which was a feat in itself..

As I have stated earlier, I will be the first to admit that our casino and its software need a lot of work to become a topnotch operation. However as silcnlayc correctly states this is exactly why I am always asking for feedback, so that we can act and make improvements accordingly.

Me_and_Ed you were the second member that mailed me in one day regarding the payouts, I do agree the slots need work, I too would like to see free spin multipliers along with a better payout structure and bonus games. As there are obviously many people on Casinomeister alone that have similar comments I thought it would be wiser to respond to this issue here. Lets face it its clear that we can only do one thing to improve this and that is to have Topgame improve the slots.

Obviously I have been talking to Topgame about this already and am confident that given some time our games and the slots in particular will become much better, its part of an ongoing process of improvement that ourselves and Topgame are very serious about. I am sorry that our slots do not measure up for the moment and that you had to wait for 24 min I really appreciate you for taking the time to inform me of this despite the negative experience.

Regarding the issue that Trezz raised. there was no fine print or anything hidden about our no deposit bonus. In december we ran with a $11+$44 = $55 bonus and this was shown clearly on the main banner of the website as well as on the promotions page and players were informed of this by support when asking for the bonus. We may not have the best software in the industry yet but I do pride myself on Thebes being an operation with transparent offers and no hidden clauses.

As for the 24 min wait, not much I can answer to that, its terrible and needs to be fixed. We already brought our own staff online and Topgame is currently finalising a move and increase of their support department which will hopefully avoid this kind of thing in future but right now yes we are still having some players experiencing delays and its not good enough.

I will keep you posted regarding further developments on any of the above issues and once again just want to say thank you to everyone who is taking the time to give their opinion and would ask others to do the same.

Thanks for your post here David. Personally, I'm not a Top Game fan at all yet, because of the improvements that need to be made on the slots. The slots are extremely boring as it is, IMO.

I am very impressed with Thebes Casino though. Your prompt responses, honesty, and desire to be the best in online gaming is very refreshing. The next time I decide to give Top Game a shot it will be with Thebes Casino. :)

Hi all,

Just wanted to let you know that I am still alive and that Thebes Casino is still around ;)

Actually we have been busy over the last month or so, one of our main priorities has been to improve support response times and the overall quality of the support and I am happy to announce that things have improved considerably and seem to be getting better all the time.

Another main issue that we were adressing was the quality of our video slots, namely the free spins, bonus games and lack of free spin multipliers. Whilst I was hoping to be able to announce that all these things have improved already I have to be honest and say that the slots are still being worked on. Im still waiting to hear the concrete date that the major changes will be implemented although I do expect it to be soon.

On another note I am happy to announce that we will be launching Baccarat, Casino War and another game in the very near future, for those of you interested in what they will look like we have added preview pics to the games section on our website.

Apologies to those of you that expected more concrete information after reading the title of this post ;) but I did want to take this opportunity to inform people of progress since my last post here which was quite some time ago. Would not want any of you to think that we did not exist anymore or only come here to answer complaints ;)

Hi David,
I am assuming Top Game is still tending to the support side of things because last week I waited well over and hour and half before I gave up for customer support to answer, the next day it only took 48 mins to get a rep, not to sound harsh but where are the support improvements?

You waited 90 minutes without any response and on the second occasion it was roughly half of your waiting time. That's a BIG improvement LOL. If this rate contunues they could be answering you within 3 minutes after you try 4 more times.

Did you wait at Thebes for that long or was it at another Topgame casino ?

If it was at Thebes please let me know asap because this kind of thing should not be happening.

Haha, who knows how long it could have been, either way totally unacceptable, I am sure some of these Top Game casino operators have great intentions but are probably bound by agreement to the support which they have no control over.
