Maxima Casino - are you experienced?

I played there two months ago and cashed out for 1500.00. I was paid but the support is non-existant. I emailed repeatedly and never received a response. I also tried the toll free number and it was never answered.
I also know a couple of forums that were running contests with them had to drop them. The contest wins were never credited.
Good luck!

The change at Maxima is puzzling to me. When I first signed up, late last year I think, service was excellent, support answered emails promptly, cashouts (only 2) were received in the usual 4 - 7 days with no hassle.

However, a few months ago, support seems to have disappeared entirely. I have not disposited there again as they never answered emails I sent with a question 2 or 3 months ago. No answer on the phone. Ridiculous. Is anyone still home at this casino??

I have not played there recently and will not. I rarely have need of CS but it is important that it be readily available should there be a problem.

support?

Perhaps they use now the centralised playtech support, which is slower than the inside support of other playtech casinos.
Ususally, they answer my emails with a 1 day delay but they still pay me just fine though.
If someone has a payment problem, we should know.

its a good thing this post was here because i was going to join then, i saw an as on some website so i thought hey why not

Thank you,

Saw a post on another website that came directly from the Maxima manager where they have quit paying their players and affiliates due to large losses.

They seem to have also removed bonus money from legitimate wins.

Yes, iGAMI has issued a warning regarding Maxima. Their manager 'Dan F.' is quoted as saying

Unfortunately I have to confirm that at the moment we are having some funds problems due to some losses over the past couple of months. [...] The situation that we are in is temporary and we will pay all our affiliates as we did in the past and all we are asking is patience and understanding from our affiliates until we recover from this situation.

It must look very bad for a casino when it feels impelled to issue such a statement...

thats not a big deal

Bonus money IS removed automatically in the majority of playtech casinos, so this is natural.

Where was this posted exactly?
I am not defending maxima, but even if this statement is true, I personally think its quite straight and should be appreciated. I am not an affiliate but I have heard that many casinos use cheap tricks not to pay or to delay payments to affiliates (not only to players), so I would prefer such a statement than lies.

As a player, I have received today another payment just fine and I can prove it to anyone interested.

There payments are slow, i cashed out 1500 from the signup bonus and it toook about 10-14 days, but it did come through so i cant reallly complain that much. Support was actually quite helpful, and quickly responded, i got disconeected and they emailed me the answer to my question.

Unless you're here for the bonus its probably not worth it, there are much better sites, but the bonus is a good deal.
