I got an email from omnislots.
it states.

As you may have noticed, we have awarded 20 Free Spins on our Slot of the Week, “Weekend in Vegas“. This happened automatically over night, and the Free Spins are yours to play with.

Due to the horrible news about Las Vegas that reached us today, we've decided not to announce this with our usual email. Our thoughts are with the victims and the city of Las Vegas. We hope justice will be served.

Now, to me that sounds like free spins have been credited to me.

I didn't find any in the bonus section.

I started up live chat:

i got a mail from you saying i had 20 freespins on WeekendInVegas.
How do I access them?
Veronika
You cannot as you didn't qualify.
The free spins were added to players who deposited last week.
SpinQueen
The email says nothing about that.
Veronika
The email was sent out to everyone as a promtional one I'm afraid.
SpinQueen
IT says "the Free spins are tyours to play"

Please read the slot of the week rules.

This seems like utter deliberation to fool the player.
This happened often the last few months but it seems it gets worse.
Ie. they tend to use bait and switch tactics which are really disgusting.

EDIT:
I think I've had enough. I will close this account today.

It clearly states it on the bottom of the email where all the T&C's are.

I think I got the same email, but as it's been explained it does state in the email that you must have made a deposit the past week or two to get any freespins.

I love Omnislots emails because their translator is so awful you know it can't have been google translate.

Tramslated back into English their latest email's subject is:

Free Spins on Track of the week

Not to mention other great proofreading like "fre espins" in their email.

All in all I rate Omnislots promotional emails 10/10 cause they are always picked up by the spamfilter so I never have to see them.

I stopped opening Omni/Fly emails after they send me "You've been selected for 100 spins" email for the 50th time. Shame, they are still great casinos but this is silly on their part.
