Wagering and withdrawing non deposit bonus winnings - IG&S MCasino

Hi all, I can't get through to their live chat, so was wondering if anyone has come across this one!?

I have deposited at one of their casinos before, but I've signed up to a few and haven't deposited in those. I played the daily £2 bonus on each of them yesterday. On one (MCasino) I hit a nice little bonus round on Ted, which allowed me (over a couple of hours) to wager 50x the bonus (£100). It was capped at £20 winnings, which I was aware of...so suddenly my balance dropped for £45ish to £20, mid game. I was playing TS2 at the time and on my very next spin I hit the bonus round and retriggered it - which (to my complete shock!) left my balance standing at £120.74!!!

Now I don't want to get excited - I tried to withdraw £100, but it said I can't as I haven't deposited there before...fair enough I suppose (ish!), so I tried to deposit the minimum of £10 without any bonus and it's saying forbidden.

I have a feeling there'll be a clause somewhere for lucky (or unlucky) players like me - but in the meantime, has anyone come across this dilemma on any of their or other sites before? I wagered what was required, it's saying bonus wagering met and the money is in the cash balance - so I'm hoping they'll be nice about it lol! We shall see....

If you continue to win from the £20 capped winnings then everything you win is valid. I won on 21. today and it appears to me that my winnings where not capped at £20 so I am not sure if the cap is casino specific? I have not used the bonus at the others because I am not a member of them?

Yeah I think I've met all the requirements so on paper it should be fine as you say... I guess I'll have to await their response! I'm guessing you've deposited before though? I was gonna try my luck on 21 etc tonight - but I think I might await the outcome of this one - don't wanna take the mick - much as it's tempting to try it again now! Never got the TS2 bug before...now I see the attraction!

(I have no idea how to LIKE a post - it only gives me a THANKS option lol!)

I went up and down quite a bit (checked wagering and it said 61%) so kept going - the minute I hit £100 of wagering my balance dropped to £20. Will check 21's T's and C's lol! xx

I am not sure if I have deposited their or not before but I am sure they have budgeted for winners who have not yet deposited. I'm confident that I will get paid

I hope so - this has to be by best win from a freebie to date! So tempted to keep playing, but I'll behave and leave the balance as is for now, I'm hoping I'll just have to deposit and wager a tenner to withdraw...

Just an update Gilliebean. I managed another play through from today's fs's at 21 so I reversed yesterdays withdrawal request only to find that £50 is the max allowed for a none depositor

I put my snail mail card straight in the bin, CBA with an encyclopedia of T&C's these days, plus never deposited at any of their skins due to limited deposit methods, saw the £50 cap and made it even quicker into the bin than it usually would.

Like to keep ye olde bank statement gambling transaction free

Well they've now wiped the £80 too. I really feel like taking this further just out of principle. If a non-deposit bonus is capped fair enough. But they wiped £40 of 'winnings' down to the £20 capped amount, leaving me with a £20 "cash" balance (as per the T's & C's below). The fact that I then chose to wager "my" cash and won more, rather than withdraw, redeposit it and then win more seems to be the issue here...

I agree - steer well clear of IG&S people - for those who don't know, they operate: 21.co.uk, Pink Casino, Slot Boss, Slot Mob, BetUK and MCasino etc.... ! mad:
