32red birthday points - wich i didnt received

I had a email that when i log in on my birthday at 32red i shall receive 1000 loyalty points. I logged in at my birthday at 01:57. I didnt saw anyhting. A day later i checked again\ - nothing. Went to live chat and they say i didnt loggeid in on my birthday. I say i did and explained that in my dutch timezone i logged in, in the mail nothing stated something about timezones so i think i was right. Live chat wasnt able to add the points.Im disappointed because of this unclear information i didnt received anything!!

If your loyalty level is small you don't get bd gift. Could this be the reason?

No live chat keep saying that i didnt logged in on my birthday. I say i did but time there (uk i think) differs 2 hours, so when it was 01:57 here, it was still 11.57 19 july, so if they look in theire system and time zone i only logged in 1 day beofre birthday. As it mentioned time zone i think im right with this one. I logged in ON my birthday in my timezone.

That is the problem as it will be casino timezone that will count. But surely live chat should help you instant and credit you the 1000 Rubies unless they really have gone downhill. Or else I am sure the great Rep Mark32red can help you out he is a great guy and one of the best Rep's here at Casinomeister.

I am sure Mark can help. But why wait to ask chat, or even login again, until after your bday?
Nobody just looks at 00:01 for a bd bonus and then :sob: for 24hr if nothing is there. Most bd bonuses on any casino get credited later in the day.
