SpinAndWind Bunch of crooks that stole my winnings, followed the terms and they wrongly confiscated my winnings.
Do not trust them at all. Have already reported them to the Gambling Commission. Now having to go through the ASA, ecogra.org and Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) .

Spent lots of time emailing them, they promised to refer my case to management 8 days ago, and I've had nothing back at all.
Can show screenshot of this.

Stay well clear, they hate winners and rip you off when you win.

Spin and Win, like all other Daub Alderney casinos, have maximum cash-out rules on bonuses. In terms of welcome bonuses it is £500, or if offered a special match bonus it can be 5x deposit amount.

I have played at all of their brands recently for reviewing purposes and whilst there is a lengthy pending period and bonus restrictions, they comply with the terms and conditions.

Can you explain more, specifically why they confiscated your winnings?

Hmmm what games did you play???

pm me if your not willing to discuss...or dont if its against the forum rules

1st part ripped off.

The FLIP promo code with maximum £25 is misleading,
The promo says maximum 5x convert, maximum £25 .

So if you break it down,
Given £5 promo using FLIP promo code at SpinAndWin.com .
Waste hours wagering this £5 (from the promo offer) , 25 times and end up with £11.11 real money.
That should be the end of the free promo offer (Did not hit any 5x or £25 limits).
SpinAndWin.com then wrongly confiscate £5 leaving with £6.11 real money without valid reason (like the screenshot attached).

SpinAndWin emailed me and said:
"At the time, when the wagering was met, you held a total balance of £11.11 and as per the conditions of the bonus, the initial bonus amount of £5.00 was voided and £6.11 as winnings were then added to your Real Balance. From there, you kept playing on Book Of Dead until you unfortunately ran out of funds."

2nd part

It says maximum £5 from free spins. I spent hours wagering it, and in the end, got it down from £5 to £2.76 and then that was the end of the offer as it was transferred to the real balance.

So if you break it down,
25 free spins won £5 at SpinAndWin.com.
Waste hours wagering this £5 (from the free spins offer) , 25 times and end up with £2.76 real money, below the £5 limit.
That should be the end of the free spins offer.
Now with the real money, play with £2.76 and bring this upto £26.21

SpinAndWin emailed me and said:
"You then Claimed another code: PIG at 02:55:44 BST, which gave you 25 Free Spins and from which, you won £5.00. This was added to your Bonus Balance and you kept playing on the game: Spartacus, until you met the wagering attached to this bonus at 03:04:34 BST. When the wagering was met, you had a Bonus of £2.76 and this was transferred to your Real Balance. You kept playing on the game Spartacus and submitted a withdrawal request of £26.21 at 03:10:00BST."

They have been contacted, and fully aware, shown here in these images.
All they do is just use cut and paste and keep you hanging.

Spinandwin emailed again.
Have taken their quotes, and also screenshot

"Unless otherwise stated, only Bonus Winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds"

I did convert Bonus Winnings to withdrawable funds and it should have been £11.11
It didn't say anything about we will remove the £5

And
"The maximum that can be converted to real funds from the free spins is £5.
The maximum withdrawable winnings from free spins is £5."

It did not say that anywhere on the terms so it's wrong.

The promos and adverts are clearly misleading and should be banned.
The terms they are quoting me, weren't even stated at the time. They were totally different terms.

I get letters through the post once a month from Daub Casinos, many of them go straight in the bin due to the low maximum win. I don't mind max cash-outs of £250 or £500 as that's the maximum you can win on low stakes playing DoA.

Any complaint you make will unlikely be upheld as you agreed to their terms and conditions sorry to say :(

Suggest you take a look at: https://www.casinomeister.com/accredited-casinos and pick one of the decent casinos that don't have limits.

This wasn't in the terms, I know you won't believe me, but these offers came via email, and they had loads of terms already.

Maximum 5x, maximum £25 etc
