1st part ripped off.
The FLIP promo code with maximum £25 is misleading,
The promo says maximum 5x convert, maximum £25 .
So if you break it down,
Given £5 promo using FLIP promo code at SpinAndWin.com .
Waste hours wagering this £5 (from the promo offer) , 25 times and end up with £11.11 real money.
That should be the end of the free promo offer (Did not hit any 5x or £25 limits).
SpinAndWin.com then wrongly confiscate £5 leaving with £6.11 real money without valid reason (like the screenshot attached).
SpinAndWin emailed me and said:
"At the time, when the wagering was met, you held a total balance of £11.11 and as per the conditions of the bonus, the initial bonus amount of £5.00 was voided and £6.11 as winnings were then added to your Real Balance. From there, you kept playing on Book Of Dead until you unfortunately ran out of funds."
2nd part
It says maximum £5 from free spins. I spent hours wagering it, and in the end, got it down from £5 to £2.76 and then that was the end of the offer as it was transferred to the real balance.
So if you break it down,
25 free spins won £5 at SpinAndWin.com.
Waste hours wagering this £5 (from the free spins offer) , 25 times and end up with £2.76 real money, below the £5 limit.
That should be the end of the free spins offer.
Now with the real money, play with £2.76 and bring this upto £26.21
SpinAndWin emailed me and said:
"You then Claimed another code: PIG at 02:55:44 BST, which gave you 25 Free Spins and from which, you won £5.00. This was added to your Bonus Balance and you kept playing on the game: Spartacus, until you met the wagering attached to this bonus at 03:04:34 BST. When the wagering was met, you had a Bonus of £2.76 and this was transferred to your Real Balance. You kept playing on the game Spartacus and submitted a withdrawal request of £26.21 at 03:10:00BST."
They have been contacted, and fully aware, shown here in these images.
All they do is just use cut and paste and keep you hanging.
