hi everyone ive got an issue,im currently playing with a bonus at royal panda ive spent initial deposit dipped into bonus funds got balance back up again only to find im not clearing wagering,my own fault for not reading terms but did any of you lot realise bonus money at this casino does not count towards wagering i spoke to live chat who suggests i reload as only real cash bets count towards wagering so my conundrum is do i reload and try and beat wagering which is about 3500 or carry on with bonus money and try and rocket my balance up then make deposit when balance is worth playing for

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!

That is what you should do! Just read the rules for the bonus so you don't do anything stupid on the way.

ty tirilej i think i will one other thing though would you guys be happy taking this kind of bonus as far as im aware this bonus term is unique to this casino i no you can withdraw early if you have a nice hit but cant you do that at other casinos like betat and leovegas and still when you dip into bonus funds it still counts towards wagering

I rather play with normal bonuses, or the kind that Betat and Vera&John has, but a bonus like the one you're playing now is worth take the chance with. You need to get really high though to make it worth depositing for.
I'm actually surprised that they don't give out more bonuses than they are since they should be able to afford it.

It's a good scheme if you win big before touching the bonus as you can withdraw, forfeiting the bonus, but not good if you hit big whilst using the bonus with a lot of wagering still to go through!

This very thing happened to me on my Bamboo Bonus last Friday. I deposited £250 and got a £125 bonus with 35x wagering, i.e. £4375. I used all my cash and thought I'd just get rid of the bonus on £4.00 spins on Gonzo. Almost immediately I hit a bonus which paid 275 times, £1100.00. So I could just play through this and see what happened or deposit cash to plough through the wagering. I took the latter option and guess what? Everything went cold! I ended up having to keep depositing to get the £1100.00 as by then I'd committed too much cash. I made it in the end, by depositing just over £1100.00!

So you have to be careful and take a judgement decision!

I was in the same boat last Friday - but i know better with Royal Panda :). Unless its an insane hit above 3k, I wouldn't risk my own money. I was up to about 1.4k last Friday and naturally just went down to 0. I'm glad I didn't deposit to try and wager. Another thing is they don't pay over weekends.

I have on many occasions mentioned that I hate their bonus structure and they said they would look into it... Haven't heard a peep from them since.

I hit about 12k on DOA there last month, and i have probably gave them about 500 back in deposits. Had their scheme been different, they would see much more play from me.

Yes one of the casinos I rarely play at but trust among the top of the tree.

They'd see a LOT more deposits from me if

i) I wasn't a "one depo a day" type of player (slef control and budget restrictions)

ii) The bonus structure was different (EG: Tie in from the off, all wagers count...)

I had a 200% offer the weekend gone, gutted me to see it go to waste :(

lets start a petition for all wagers count

In my opinion their bonus system is the exact opposite of responsible gambling! If you hit a nice win on your bonus money you are almost forced to risk more money then you planned. And depositing 1.100 for 4.000 wagering is the perfect example.

Glad you made it in the end to 0.

Royal Panda have an excellent reputation with few,if any complaints. However their bonus structure has always put me off depositing there simply because if you dip into bonus funds and have a big hit then it possible to have to make repeated deposits in order to clear the wagering.Maybe other members might know of others but they are the only casino I have ever come across where only real money bets count towards wagering.

I was offered the 200% bonus too Jon and took it. Luckily I hit a good feature on IR before touching the bonus so cancelled it and withdrew just over £200.00 with my £50 deposit. This brought me just about even from my friday night adventures!

Yes they are a trusted casino. My withdrawal request from Friday night was processed Saturday afternoon and in my account today.

Interesting other comments, I can see why this type of bonus scheme isn't for everyone. Leo Vegas has a similar scheme in that you can withdraw before you touch your bonus, but conversely only bets with bonus money counts towards wagering!

Awesome hit on DOA Nate!!

Had the same issue a few weeks ago with bamboo bonus.
Hit big after deposit vanished but didn't realise my bonus winnings were not adding to WR at all.
Was slotting for about two hours before I found out when chatting to their CS team.
So basicly you have to keep depositing real cash to unlock your winnings from bonus money.

Most stupid bonus structure I ever came across, sorry to say so.

Basicly stopped playing there as the casino was cold for me anyway.
Only big hit on bonus money.

Yes, it does seem quite often that the big wins come when playing with bonus money! Hopefully by that time some of the wagering has been achieved, but it's always a judgement call whether to ditch it or risk more cash!
