So I was bonus banned from these around 6 months ago, but it was overturned as I had only ever used 1 bonus out of dozens of deposits.

Last night decided to deposit for the 50% weekend bonus. Deposited - no bonus, support told me it was because I was bonus banned.

Now bear in mind the previous weekend I got an email offering me a bonus (which I didn't take, and there have been no bonuses taken since then or deposits) and the promotion was showing when I was logged in my account, so theres no way I could have possibly known about the ban.

So I asked for a refund and was refused. Had to play the money through once. Which I did and lost.

What a joke these are. Not going to bother sending Ryan a PM as the last time I did this it took over 3 months to get a reply and had to get Jan involved before he bothered, so just going to leave this little rant here, and warn others to be careful, and if you want a bonus with this group, then make sure you contact live chat every time before you deposit as they seem to just randomly bonus ban you.

50% bonus that you was offerd and to be shown, yet denied?

I am getting sick and tired of hearing the same story's from different casino's and doing nothing about this, time after time the (sorry email sent by mistake) this offer is not for you, you already took the offer,

I can understand if an email being sent and its a blatant mistake but its getting beyond a point where it's gone past that stage.

I think a thread should be started to name and shame such casino that constant repeat this shambles

Besides they should honor such offer

Edit to this: Also you will also notice alot of the time a Rep will come on and apologies and state it should nether of happen and you should of been offer the bonus :confused: again complete rubbish as a week later the same thing happens

No thats no the case, while looking at the players account support is overseeing information. Im not sure what the bug is there, which we will find out tomorrow, but I remember this specific customer and I've personally unbanned the customer. So bacically he should have received the offer as promised. That's the reason why I was straight forward with the solution for this particular problem.

Of interest, how does a customer who hardly ever takes bonuses even when offered ends up getting banned in the first place?

These tend to be the players casinos really want to attract and retain because they play irrespective of whether or not a decent bonus is offered.

DO NOT SEND YOUR SPAM MAIL IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SURE THAT YOU HAVE UNBANNED THE PLAYER!!!,

Ideally a phonecall or a personalised non spam email from customer services

There are plenty of casinos that offer far better promotions then sucky allbritishcasino ones, maybe you should take a look at Williamhill casino once in a while

Or better yet play your Damn slots or pay people to improve your T&C so less "abusers" take money off you and more "sincere" gamblers take bonuses
 
I guess I should be glad I never got my account at All British fully verified due to having no passport or drivers licence. Because I would be pretty pissed off if I were to be on the receiving end of a bullshit stunt like that described by the OP.

Baiting and goalpost shifting tactics like that are pure BS and totally out of line, especially from a CM accredited casino.

Also gave me a £20 bonus as an apology, which I met wagering and have withdrew £350 from, so big :thumbsup: for that :) (assuming it doesn't mean i get a bonus ban of course :D)

Any one else getting a lack of emails from the site? I get like 1 every few months, I do mind you get a reminder if I depo about the weekend free spins

I do get the emails but they go into Spam, don't think I've ever had one not in spam so I would check that.

I believe that Jan has addressed most of your concerns regarding the bonus ban and email being sent. Hope this was a satisfactory outcome for yourself.

I just wanted to personally pass on my apologies for not responding to the PM that you mention in your original post. I saw the message at the time you sent it, but was in the middle of some pressing tasks and I unfortunately never returned to give you the answer you deserve. For this I apologise. Why are you bonus banning genuine players (not abusers/"fraudsters")in 2017?/???????????????????

Why dont you just stop sending out promo offers/adjust your website so those at a lower VIP level see bonuses suited for their VIP level

EDIT: ie start all players at VIP 5, if they take too many bonuses VIP4 ...if they also always bust out early into wagering then VIP 3....if they are abusers then VIP 2.... Also put a bonuses available to you so when people log in they can see bonuses available to them... Any site wide promotions could have a minimum VIP level

Ie when they increase in VIP level you send them better bonuses...but if they take too much bonuses then lower their VIP level

EDIT: Bonus to deposit ratio really shouldnt matter....what should matter is average wager per bonus recieved, ie you cant put someone who average wagers £10,000+ per £100 bonus to someone who only wagers £500-£1000 per £100 bonus


Anyone who deposits with L&L brand casino remember they cant even pay for programmers /database developers...

From what we can see there is no problem on your account, so if you wanted to redeem a bonus in future this should not be a problem with that working automatically whilst bonuses are still permitted on your account.

However, I would advise that prior to depositing any funds to receive and bonus or free spins that you contact support to confirm you are eligible because statues on accounts can often change.
