I had been trying to contact DirctNetPay several times and hope they will step out and clear out the mess with me. I don't even care so much about winning. They should at lease give me back my deposit (through Neteller).

It's really NOT fair they won't reslove the issue with me and won't respond either.

Here are 2 emails back in June and July form their reply after my many emails. And NOTHING was taken care at all.

    From DirectNetPay:

We are working on your problem which is somewhat confusing. We have talked with EZTP and the problem is with refunds we made to Mastercard that have not been properly processed by them. EZTP has already charged us for the refunds but has failed to properly process them.

We are aware that you have some check payment pending, you account was placed on Security Hold several weeks ago and some check payments have not been made because of that hold.

You have to understand that we process thousands of transactions per day, and situations like this seldom happen and when they do it is usually an attempt by a customer to obtain money that they do not have coming to them. Your situation is obviously a processing error and we will get to the bottom of it.

    Hello xxxxx;
The problem was with the Mastercard system Direct Net Pay uses in Europe. Refunds started being issued last night and they will finish today.

You will receive a confirmation email from the processor (EZTP) sometime today.

Direct Net Pay has had thousands of emails on this so donít be concerned about not hearing back from them right away. Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience, but this error was out of our control.

Guess what? Nothing was done at all.

EZTP charge me again on 8/5 with pre-authorization trick on 6/10. Since they gave me extra credit, so they took the money back. But the casino or DirectNetPay won't even give me back my deposit. And who know what will happen in the future? Will EZTP charge me use the pre-authorization trick again?

I am living in nightmare now. I am going to post here and
    WOL
and hope will make them step out their shell to contact me. If they are NOT worng, why they won't face me to take care the issue???

Thank you for listening.! Have a great weekend!

    bewitch,

I don't want to make you feel worse or more worried, but yes, a casino and/or a payservice can have a group of (unauthorized) debits (deposits) already set up against your account from a month ago, even 2 or 3 months prior, and submitted to clear your account on certain dates.

And you won't even know til one day you check your account and there they are.

If it's a bankcard you use, go to your bank, explain situation, and open a new account for your use and just let your existing account sit, it won't do any good to close that account for when a charge goes through (that's dated prior to closing it), it automatically re-opens it.

The bank will take over that one, and flag it to keep watch of any activities on it. Then handle it through their fraud department at the appropriate time.

A nightmare? You bet it is, worse than one actually. Been taking double my migraine and tension headache meds since this started.

    Good Luck bewitch.

    Thank you , Jinnia.

I cancel my checking account 1 month ago. They didn't bother me on that one yet, but I had $500 "should" be credit back on 6/15 and still has no action. My bank just sent me the dispute form for the $500 and ask me to provide them the information.

My credit card company already set the flag on it. But I can't doing anything since they gave me extra credit back. Now they are taking it back. My credit campnay said there is not too much they can do about it unless they charge me AGAIN. So I am checking them everyday.

My biggest problem is: They won't even give back my deposit back. Forget about the winning. IT'S MY DEPOSIT I want it back at least. If they really want to change their reputation. I won't refuse they pay me my winning, either.
    LOL
    !

I can unerstand EZTP screw up a lot of people and casino, but it's NOT an excuse. Casino and DirectNetPay should at least contact me and try to work this out.
But they choose to be silent. I was ready to give up until I saw Bryan's new update about the casino and youe post.

Wish both us luck. We really need it. This is more than mental abuse. I made mistake at playing there. But why I have to be suffer and stress such long time? (sigh)

You are very lucky. I have to say.

I still have $500 on my citi bank card didn't credit back. (should be credit back on6/15 and was chaege $500 again then my bank clear out one for me)

I deposit through Neteller at goldbetting at first. When I ask DirectNetPay, they told me they can ONLY send me the check, not back to Neteller. Then 2 month s later, after all the mess. They said they "will" send the money back to casino and back to neteller. BUT I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM ANYMORE.

I know there are a lot of players are paid. Why they won't even respond me. How will you feel if you see your bank account disapper $1000 on night instead of credit back the $500?

Here is the screen shot and you will see the money is gone.

I got several email from DirectNetPay in these 2 days. Meister, Thank you for your forum and the power of public.

Here are the email and My reply with them. Please remember I has $1944 "pending withdraw" with them and they won't pay me due to EZTP mess up my credit card. I don't know why I have to be "punished" by EZTP's mistake and NOT being paid my withdraw.

You can see they didn't say anything about my pending withdraw. And it look like they don't want anything to do with EZTP and me. I think I am being VERY fair here. I am not asking WINNING even I will LOVE having them pay me every penny as well. But at this point, I just my deposit back at least.

I know EZTP is really out of control here. I am sorry if I gave you hard time about this.

The Master Card ending 1396 and 6549 is even now.
The bankcard ending 0476 with charge $500 on 6/12 still didn't refund yet. I DID NOT receive the credit on the $500. I can attach the statement again and you will see it.

I am not asking more than my original deposit here. You can see. I just want the $500 and $790 back and that is ALL I asked. I am not even asking the winning here. Please forgive me if I said this again. Beside the $1385 check and the credit card mess, You are still holding total $1944 on my withdraw there. (Of course, I won't refuse if you want to pay me the winning.
    LOL
    )

Hope I am clear here: There is $500 charge should be refund but I did NOT receive the credit yet. I am next to phone now. You can call me if you want. xxx-xxx-xxxx

    Thank you very much.

Sorry, but we have no control over EZTPís actions. What happens with them is up to you and them. The only thing we can do is ask the Casino to make the final payment to Neteller.

It was my understanding from your earlier email that the credits you listed had already been received received, is that not the case?

I want to make sure I am clear on this. And it will be my promise here.

I just called EZTP and they said they credit back on 6/15. I called my bank and confirm there is NO $500 refund on my bank card ending 0476.

If these 2 issue will be taken care, you won't hear from me and I will post on all the forum about the issue and clear out for you.

    1. Clear out the $500 charge on my bank card ending 0476 either refund on my bank or send me though Neteller. It's charge by you at 6/12.

    2. Send me the $790 through Neteller. It will be refund on my original deposit through Neteller.

That's the END of the whole thing. Please remember I still have $1944 in your hand (plus the $500 charge) so far. I think I am being very fair here. We don't take advantage of each other. You don't owe me and I don't owe you either.

Please let me know ASAP. I need to confirm this with my bank.

    Thank you!

I talked with the Casino Management and they are fine with sending the $790.00 to Neteller. However, they want your promise that this is the END of this matter.

They donít like the negative posting you have made on the Gambling Forums because this situation is not their mistake and they are powerless to resolve it. It is also impossible for us to issues credits (refunds) for amounts that we had not charged. Visa and Mastercard will only allow us to process credits for transactions we have processed.

EXTP has not responded regarding the $895.00 in charges, are I sure you have already contacted them and will probably find out about before we do.

Once we receive email confirmation that the payment of $790.00 permanently resolves this issue we will advise LadyDream Casino to make the payment to your Neteller account. This is a PERMANENT resolution you are agreeing to, we are not spending any more time on this situation.

The reason why I post here because I want you guys to see what's goning on.

I came to casinomeister for advise after all the trouble at LadyDream/Goldbetting casino and DirectNetPay. I met a lot of nice people here and really enjoy the forum and the website, too.

I believe there are a lot of player got paid by them. Some compliant are players's problems and some are casino's. It's very hard to know who is telling truth. That's why I post here.

It looks like EZTP is really mess around a lot of people out there. I believe Casino probably can't do anything either. But players are the one who has to suffer from the mess. Like Jinnia and me are living in fear of all these unknow charge (and when will hit the account, etc). It's NOT FAIR at all.
