I had been trying to contact DirctNetPay several times and hope they will step out and clear out the mess with me. I don't even care so much about winning. They should at lease give me back my deposit (through Neteller).
It's really NOT fair they won't reslove the issue with me and won't respond either.
Here are 2 emails back in June and July form their reply after my many emails. And NOTHING was taken care at all.

You have to understand that we process thousands of transactions per day, and situations like this seldom happen and when they do it is usually an attempt by a customer to obtain money that they do not have coming to them. Your situation is obviously a processing error and we will get to the bottom of it.

The problem was with the Mastercard system Direct Net Pay uses in Europe. Refunds started being issued last night and they will finish today.

Direct Net Pay has had thousands of emails on this so dont be concerned about not hearing back from them right away. Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience, but this error was out of our control.

Guess what? Nothing was done at all.
EZTP charge me again on 8/5 with pre-authorization trick on 6/10. Since they gave me extra credit, so they took the money back. But the casino or DirectNetPay won't even give me back my deposit. And who know what will happen in the future? Will EZTP charge me use the pre-authorization trick again?
I am living in nightmare now. I am going to post here and WOL and hope will make them step out their shell to contact me. If they are NOT worng, why they won't face me to take care the issue???
