As posted elsewhere already, I would also like to bring this message to the Casino Meister forum. I am posting this thread to find out how many other players this group has been trying to stiff by pulling up wagering requirements for previously lost bonuses?
This number must be quite big, as I have read this very same complaint MANY times already in various forums.

What they do is to cancel your withdrawal request and then tell you that you still "must fulfill the wagering requirements" for a bonus that you had received but lost some time earlier. This action is not based on any of their terms, but they are insisting on it.

I am hereby strongly warning of the Casino Reward group of Casinos and am providing a list of all their joints below.

Please post here if you have experienced this problem as well, so a solution may be found.

The name's of the evil-ones are as follows:

BlackJack Ballroom
Golden Tiger Casino
Lucky Emperor Casino
Virtual City Casino
Yukon Gold Casino
Zodiac Casino
Strike It Lucky Casino
Captain Cooks Casino
Casino Kingdom
Casino Classic

Update!

...Firstly... The good part:

The people at Lucky Emperor have contacted me a week ago and told me that they are going to process my withdrawal without any further delay. I was almost shocked when I found the complete sum of $2450 in my Neteller account a couple days later.

...Now... The bad:

While I am of course glad they finally honored my legit withdrawal, Casino Rewards keeps REFUSING to provide the term they were referring to when attempting to make me wager more!

I have sent them uncountable -kind- emails, asking me to please provide me with the questionable term... But they of course never did as this rule is non-existant.

Two of my Platinum-VIP accounts (Phoenician Casino as well as Aztec Riches) have been taken over by the C.R.-joint as well and Casino Rewards did NOT manage to recollect any good faith whatsoever. Of course they did not apologize for their acting to me either.

There is still a LOAD of MISTREATED players out there and I will continue to warn about Casino Rewards until they have made sure that they will not try this trick again.

I am going to make sure this thread will remain updated and am hoping that Casino Rewards is going to take a change out of the evil-direction rather soon!

EDIT:

Jessas... I almost forgot to THANK all the involved people into this desaster who were so kind to offer me their assistance!
My biggest kudos go to BigBCasinos and Wager2WinCoUK, who have both been of great and outstanding help for me! Mates, I owe you two a keg of brew by now!!

Anyways, this has been an ongoing pain for me for more than a year already but I will try to make sure that others will not have to suffer the same fate as well.

This issue is NOT closed yet!
I am also advicing anyone with the same problem to NOT wager the funds anymore but to fight against this injustice and fraud!

This is actually not a problem with casino rewards, but a problem with the MG software. I have had the same problem at non Casino Rewards sites. I guess they use some kind of standard MG component to check wether you have fullfilled wagering requirement, but this component does not take into account if you went bust between bonuses. So you gotta tell the lazy CSR to 'manually' check it. It has worked for me twice. This only works of course if the casino agrees that going 'bust' clears the wagering requirement.

MG should implement a wagering statusbar instead of 2 new slots every month. They are way behind RTG and Wagerlogic (intercasino) in this aspect.

Trust me, Zoozie... I have explained the detailed situation to Casino Rewards management a trillion times and they refused to straighten it out. They have in fact even admitted that I did not receive any bonus upon the deposit I gained my winnings from but said that I still had to fulfill the wagering for the bonuses that I lost (down to a $0 balance) before.
They were well aware of the problem but do not want to admit their incorrectness nor make sure to avoid it in the future. They are basing their acting on non-existing terms!

Had this been a misunderstanding they could have apologized and corrected the terms after all... but they are still refusing to take any responsibility even now.

For the lovers...... Feel free to also read about the TON of other players who have suffered of the same tactic in THIS THREAD!

I seem to have the same problem at Casino Grand Bay...
There's a playthrough of 900$ showing where I have 250+ wagered...on a zero balance account.

Casino Rewards could not cheat players this way if MG implemented the wagering status bar.

Weird

It should be bonus given, bonus lost ---> bonus forgiven...

So if you make a deposit after receiving a bonus which you lost, your payment shouldnt be tight to a bonus you have already used, only to a bonus related directly to that deposit.

I dont know how microgaming works regarding calculating requirements.

The cs rep should run a report from the moment the deposit was made, or the bonus was credited and the time the withdrawal is being requested to calculate how much has the customer wagered.

The issue, as I see it, could beneffit the customer as well.. you make a deposit, receiva a bonua and if you didnt play much, the wagers from previous bonuses might count...

We should learn how MG casinos do this

This is not a problem of MG but Casino Rewards, who obviously are not willing to use the latest technology of their software. Unfortunately for C.R., they indeed would not be able to apply their tactic anymore under this feature. ahem

The MG software now seems to have a way to handle bonuses so the player
can follow the progress.

This is the new Piggs Peak bonus system:
Outdated URL (Invalid)

All games are allowed, but some games are heavy weighted. (VP count 10%, BJ 2%)
Bonuses are released in 10$ amounts to the withdrawable account.

STRIKE IT (UN)LUCKY

I too am having an issue currently with a C.R. member, Strike it Lucky. On 5-8, I attempted to make two deposits of $50 each to the flash site. The first deposit went through fine, the second attempt returned the message that there was a problem with my deposit and to try back later. I left and played elsewhere. The next day I checked my bank account activity and low and behold my checking account was debited for both deposits.
I contacted customer service who told me that sometimes these things happen, and that my casino account would be credited in a few hours. Next day, no deposit. I called them again and got a totally new story from one of the young ladies there. Tried to email them several times, no response. Called again, got an answering machine. Left a message that I would appreciate a call back, still waiting! I know it is only 50 bucks, but this kind of shabby treatment has really turned me off to them. I would think they would want my business as I have made numerous deposits with them and I never use any bonuses. Don't think they have to worry about dealing with me anymore, I'm turning on the answering machine for them now!!!
