    I sent you a private message to which I never received a response...I put in for a withdrawal and it was denied. I was told there was a 10x limit. My last deposit was $25. That should have been $250 I would be able to withdraw, instead I was told because of a $5 manager deposit, I could only withdraw $50, which I am still waiting for. I believe I am owed $200.

    Hi Emily.
    I am having trouble receiving my payout from April 1st. Last Monday I was told the processor screwed up and you all resent it. Well it's been another seven days and no money in my account. I was anticipating receiving this and am in a bind. Can you check and see what is going on? I never thought I would have to worry about getting the money from you all. I only had one other withdrawal and it went through the next day to this same card.

    Hi Emily-

    I thought I'd take a quick minute and let you know that a couple weeks after joining your casino I was fortunate enough to hit a couple really nice wins. I was nervous about my first withdraw going smoothly because I had never done business with your casino before and to add to it was that the only way to communicate was via email (you really should add at least chat support). While my nerves and skepticism got the better of me, I failed to notice the fact that Lynn and Brian both responded in a timely manner considering it was email. I think it takes a day or two to get to my bank but I already received notification that the withdraw has been processed by your casino. I'm impressed by how quickly this took place.

    Anyway, just wanted to drop you a quick line because it's important for people to be acknowledged for good stuff too. Be sure to pass this on to Lynn and Brian for me.

    Hello Emily,
    I have now been waiting 4 days for a withdrawal from inetbet, I am a
    player so I think I am a regular depositor. My middle son Liam turned 18 so he asked to add his Mastercard and play, I allowed this and have sent off all the details with all the requested photo's and feel like I have been accused of using his card myself, he has only made 1 deposit of $10.
    Can you please hurry my withdrawal along and have your support team view all the info I have sent them.

    i think you should check your roulette games. i played for fun on and off for 2 or 3 weeks to test it out and did well. about ten minutes after putting real money in and just betting on the bottom 18, i had to spin until i was out of money, 8 or 9 times (1 in 2 odds?). it never went quite that far playing for fun. if the game play is more loose when playing for fun, you should have something on there saying so.

    I'm having problems with Inetbet, too. NO Live chat so I have to wait for replies to email about a deposit from Netspend which is taking forever to clear. It has cleared and an email to say it is in my is not.

    Two emails to say it is not in my account from me and nada. I thought Inetbet was fast ...and the reason I would like to play there.
    I will never again deposit via Netspend with Inetbet. I wanted to play tonight after waiting almost a week for it to clear and yesterday it was cleared but not in my account.

    What's the deal?

    UPDATE 11/18: Looks like 3 of the transactions went thru after all.
    claims that processor goofed and gave me an error, did not credit Inetbet with the funds, but they were taken from my bank anyway. The funds showed up @ Inetbet today and
    was nice enough to give me $20 as an apology. Only bad thing is that i really only wanted $25 taken out instead of about $75 from my bank. A refund doesn't help me as it takes too long. I'll just list this an a one-time error that Inetbet couldn't control. Still a great casino in my book! Thanks!

    I'd like to add I've been with inetbet for more than a year and NEVER had a problem. I had no problem getting Forms/docs processed and each withdrawal has been fairly timely. So I'm sure this is just a mixup where the processor took the payments but the operator thought it was declined. Inetbet is great to work with and Emily is one of the best casino managers around. I look forward to resolving this matter soon. I only wanted to put in $25 so hopefully the rest will QUICKLY be refunded back to my other cards/banks so I avoid overdraft fees (which can be $35/per transaction). Thanks!
