    Unfortunately for me , Bovada only want to return 30$ for all the money that was taken from me in my 2-3 months -/thousands of hands .
    I will end it here and I hope that there is enough information for you to understand the reason for my message to you today. I hope we can resolve this matter fairly so that we can put this behind us . More importantly , for me to continue to play at Bovada with the same security, fairness, and confidence--as prior to this incident. Please feel free to contact me , if you need any more information.

    Although I only bet on the average of 5-15$ per hand, how can anyone played thousands of hands and lost all that money - be only compensated for $30 due to the error of the rules /game. Although to me , it is clear as day light - the same answer came back from BOVADA'S staff-- It is their final decision and that the 30$ is a fair compensation . And that is FINAL ....
    Well , I don't know much about owner's/casino's responsibilities but it is very clear of what casino demanded from players as it listed in length on your sites. I have not even made any demands or even came up with a possible number as to the affect of the rules/games through out my plays up to that point. I just want a fair compensation for an error which can be classify as illegally taking $$ from my account or illegally keeping my money when bovada was to credit my account -my full bet - every-time I choose not to go to WAR , after a tied hand.

    After a day or two , I receive an explanation from
    your casino - that they were sorry and the problem was the incorrect information (rules) was posted not the game itself.
    At the same time, they re wrote the rule and re posted it on the web sites. And lastly I was offered 30$ as compensation.
    Now everything appeared to be perfectly fine, right? An incorrect rule was posted , I reported it , Bovada correct the mistake, offered me 30$ for compensation before I even ask , and everyone is Happy again.... Well , if you ever played WAR , you might not be to pleased with the end result here. I contacted bovada customer service and wrote a long message to the supervisor- about the thousands of hands that I played and thousands of dollars that I lost prior to finding out this problem . And with a tie hand occurring in every 8-12 hands dealt, how can $30 dollars be a fair compensation in this situation. My bet was supposed to be returned to me but yet was taken from me .

    Bovada Rep- I have an issue with your casino that I need to get it resolved-(correctly). Before I continue , I just want to say that I really like your casino and I never had any problem until now . I would like to continue playing if and only if my problem is fairly resolved. Hopefully , you can help me . My account # 4564230 . I will keep it short - My issue is Bovada's responsibility with regards to posted rules and regulations on their site. The game WAR - the rules was posted as - upon a tie hand - if player choose NOT to go to war - players ante bet (original bet) will be returned to the player. However , the game did not follow the rule and in that situation - NO MONEY was return to the player. After a couple months of playing the game , I finally figure it out the problem - that the game did not follow the rules- perhaps there were errors in the software . Of course , I reported it right away .

    just a little update explained my situation in detail and this is what im told

    We understand that you are unable to provide us with a copy of the check for $3000.19 with stamp reasoning on it. Please be advised that in order for us to verify if we can reissue a new check to you, we need the copy of the check with the reason why it is being rejected.

    Also, you may try en-cashing it at any check cashing stations as it will be treated just like a local state check.

    Our Customer Service Team is available at 24/7 to help if you need anything else.

    hello i recieved a check for 3000.19 from yall for my cashout but the check is no good for cashing its not a cashiers check so no one will
    touch it my bank not check cashing places anyone so i contacted bovada today to request a stop payment and to send the funds through some other method whether bank wire
    my paylineQ anything if i have to pay a fee i willbut i was assured by bovada supervisor that id have no trouble cashing my cashiers check but my check is from canadian imperial bank of commerce and is just a 2 party check no cashiers check at all . my bank tells me the only thing they would do is contact the issuing bank and have them then send me a REAL cashiers check so i can then deposut that but thats not acceptable i was told on the phone by bovada customer service check was suppose to be drawn on Bank of America so this is all wrong and i waitied my 15 buisness days i understood that but this no i dont understand this at all please advise
