I am from USA by way of Germany.
I originally joined to voice my dealings with Cool Cat and Ruby Slots Casinos
They owe me many thousands in winnings for over 6 months now. Occasionally they pay a few hundred dollars after I complain repeatedly. Unfortunately they do not live up to their terms and conditions which call for payouts to be processed within a couple weeks and received within a couple more weeks.
They purposely stall paying hoping the I will just give up and they keep the my winnings on top of the considerable losses I incurred.

I am pleased to report I have been playing at Aladdin's Gold Casino with a fine experience of fast payouts (approximately 48 hours), and fine player support.
