Hi Erik i like your newly added casino, but there are things i dont like, first deposit welcome bonus for selected players only which i really hate and dont like the fact when i am going to deposit page the bonus still appears like i am going to get it which i wont and would be really nice if you add English language as well because not many can understand Swedish.

Maybe,i am guessing...you are targeting that market but again it would be nice to understand if i decide to deposit and play there instead of using google translator

Hi helenakp

Can you please PM you username so i can check whats up with your bonus. It should be available if you see it. Also regarding language if you scroll to the bottom you see some flags and currently you can choose between swedish, norwegian, and english. We know its not the easiest to find and we are looking at some options to make the language selection clearer.

Regards
Erik

Bumping up this old thread as I had some conflicting info.

Can any of the UK members sign-up and play at VoodooDreams, Duelz or NY Spins?

They got the UK licence some time ago, but hadn't launched in the UK instantly after that. Was wondering if that has changed.

Anyoner here from the UK playing there?

Cheers

Nope... I asked them as it allows you to go through the entire registration page only to find U.K. isn’t on the drop down menu; they told me last January ish they’d start taking UK; AFAIK they still don't take registrations

If you go on their home page they have the GC logo and their bonus is in pounds as well.

They been accepting UK players for some months to Voodoodreams and Nyspins (not Duelz), some threads been here and rep (don't remember name :) ) also replied to threads.

Have an account here, only annoyance is the fee for depositing. Withdrawals are lightening quick once verified and good selection of games.

Is it still ok in UK to add these fees? If i recall right, at least @colinsunderland said it's not and referred to some decision that's it's not ok anymore to add these costs to any card payments. Not sure how it is but Colin maybe can shed some light on this if it's totally big NONO for legal point of view or one of these areas which are not really black or white but something from middle, did you dig it further that should that cover these gambling transactions where fees are visible or are these categorized to something else as they are not hidden etc...? Can't remember more clear about that.

Aspire still do it as well and sure BGO do it. Not sure of the legality around it but it's annoying.

If the charge is on cards ONLY then its illegal in the UK. If its on every payment method it's legal.
Any casino adding fees should be avoided though, oooo lets take your money, but charge you extra for doing so. Plenty of casinos don't charge fees, use them instead,

Looks like Voodoo and NYSpins accept UK customers, although I didn't sign up, didn't get a country restricted message and the welcome bonus showed in £'s
The other one got some screen saying could not enter as the site is using software to protect itself from ddos attacks lol

Was sure that there was speak about some time ago, my memory sometimes serve me right :) Can some payment methods be free which are cheaper for operators and some have fees (or does it have to be all or nothing?) Think at least most of operators who have been taking fees from transactions, have also had some free methods available as all them just don't have much cost attached.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

I didn't actually agree with it, although think there should have been a rule that no more than the actual fee should be charged.
I had a shop, and our cost to process a debit card transaction back then was 50p. We sold a lot of 99p items that cost us 67p-74p. Not charging a fee means if someone bought one or two of those items, we would make a loss. We did over £5 no fee, under £5, 50p charge.
Having said that, charging £2.50 like some casinos did, think BGO still do, is disgusting. Completely different product, fees have dropped quite a lot since then, and they aren't selling a physical product they have paid for.

Probably they have checked that they can do that, would imagine otherwise somebody would have taken some action against them who do. Everybody can choose if making deposit or not, not a deal breaker for me if other things work well enough that i feel it's worth it. At least casinos where seeing it are advising it clearly before you finalize your payment and not only afterwards.

Aspire don't, they lie and tell you anything rather than actually tell you what the charge is.
They can charge fees on deposits, as long as its ALL deposits, there mustn't be any surcharge for paying by card.
