Hi,I registered with Casumo on line ,I deposited £20 and got £60 free plus 20 free spins.I was having a bit of fun I was up to £100.14 .Next day I went on to play, got another 1p free spins,I played and was away down to u derived £20,went off .Next day went back on was going to deposit another £20,it was blocked said I had done to contact them which I did, they said the UK rules were that I had to prove that I was over 18yrs ,I sent a utility bill and driving licence, still couldn'the get back on they said that they didn'the receive my email,ok,I sent them again, got an email back the utility bill was OK but my licence was out of date,ok,sent a copy of my passport, email from them again it wasn'the clear enough could I take a photo exactly corner to corner.By this time i'must fed up and have a "gut" feeling that not is all well here. Why did they not ask for all of this before I was aloud to play ????.Is this correct, that the UK need all that prove.I feel that it's a bit invasive you know your full name and address plus photo id,has anybody heard of this or is my "gut " feeling right

had same issues i sent them 11 emails regarding my kyc they lost 5 emails and then i told them to forgot it and told them to stick there casino where the sun dont shine

They are in the right to ask for that according to ukgc rules, so it's perfectly fine. Casumo is ok and accredited here.
All casinos will tell you that if they can't see your documents/pictures clear you have to make sure they can.

So in this case what your gut is telling you is wrong :)

had the same problem with CASUMO last year, send them the same ID i did to videoslots a day earlyer(VS approved it)and CASUMO told me they cant read it
