Slotland could be a lot more upfront about the fact that their "card" games are not card games.

CLASSY CARD GAME IN MODERN STYLE.
The SpaceJack comes out of a popular card game played on casino floors, Blackjack. This is a skill-based video game offering many exciting ways of gambling through various playing and betting strategies. No download needed, just open an account and start to play immediately!
HOW TO PLAY.
The object of SpaceJack is to obtain a total of 21 points per hand or as close to 21 points without exceeding 21. Aces count as a 1 or 11, face cards as 10 and all remaining cards are worth of their face value. You are always playing with 3 hands at a time. In the beginning, the Dealer and all your hands are dealt two cards. Then you may draw cards however if you decide to do so, a new card is added to ALL of your hands. If any of them exceeds 21 points, it busts and the wager is lost. If your hand beats the Dealer, it wins. See full instructions for more details and game tips.

THE CLASSIC VIDEO POKER GAME.
SLOTLAND casino proudly presents the Jacks Or Better, the most popular video poker game ever. No download needed, just open an account and start to play immediately!
HOW TO PLAY.
The object of the Jacks Or Better is to obtain the best possible poker hand. On the initial deal, you will be dealt five cards face up. Then you may hold all cards dealt or, if desired, can receive up to five new cards. See full instructions for more details containing poker rules.

Your privacy is assured. We do not require tax or federal id numbers as we are not incorporated in North America.

In addition to our slot machines, we offer three great card games:

You may try your luck at the Jacks Or Better, the classic video poker game. Our pay table for this game is the highest and most generous in the industry; you do not need to place a maximum bet to get a bonus pay out on the Royal Flush (although a maximum bet with a Royal Flush WILL win the jackpot!).

(Jacks or Better: Minimum bet = $0.50; maximum bet = $10.00)

For a little more excitement and to triple your chance for the BIG win, enjoy exciting triple play action at the WildHeart, our Double Joker video poker machine. It may seem like a jungle out there, but you can be King of the Jungle with one good deal!

(Wild Heart: Minimum bet = $0.25; maximum bet = $15.00)

Sophisticated gamblers will love the SpaceJack which is a video variation of the most popular table game of all times, Blackjack. Blackjack pays 3 to 1 to the player, even when the dealer has blackjack! Three blackjacks with bets placed on all 3 wins the progressive jackpot!

(Space Jack: Minimum bet = $1.00; maximum bet = $60.00)

How are the odds created for the game?

Our games have been designed by software experts to perform just like its counterparts in land-based casinos. The random number generator used in SLOTLAND's proprietary software has been tested and found to conform with the results of similar games found in Atlantic City with respect to randomness and payout frequency. For your protection, all wagers at SLOTLAND are recorded and there is a complete audit trail available on all games that are played.

Please note that all games share the same mechanism which determines the jackpot win. Thus, with card games, the probability of hitting the jackpot combination is not natural but controlled by this shared random mechanism in the same way as slot machines' wins.

I think if you want to put Slotland on the NR list you can't do it because they run rigged games, because clearly they don't.

They state that the mechanism for delivering the jackpot is not 'natural' in the card games but is decided by a secondary random factor.

n my eyes they are being honest and upfront about their games, a rigged game is one that is done without the player having knowledge of the 'un-natural' factors of the game.

It is debatable whether their statement about the games randomness is delivered in a clear enough fashion. I don't expect them to have large bold type on their front page, but it is a little difficult to find.

Mary?

It's not like Slotland is hiding anything here. You didn't expect McDonalds to come out and scream "We use animal fat for cooking French Fries", did you?
