Hi!

I am busy with a SE complaint for Everymatrix. There are so many gamblers who have SE issues with everymatrix when I see the treads here, and I wonder why there is no joint complaint from everybody with everymatrix on this forum? Together you are strong ! Is that possible casinomeister? Or a post what exactly you need to do when you have troubles with everymatrix?

I think all you seem to want to do is post complaint after complaint and that this request will not be greeted with much enthusiasm.

My friendliest and best advice would be for you to do your very best to avoid all forms of gambling altogether, online, land based, videos, forums etc etc etc.

Good luck with it

Hi!
Thank you for the respons. Sorry if you think so, I have indeed posted for advice some (3) complaints two weeks ago, which one of it involves this. Sorry if you think it's too much. I won't be posting any new ones. But what is this forum all about then? The forum started once with complaints about playtech, if I recall correctly.

So there will be no new complaints anymore, but I thought this could be a matter of interest for many players...

Actually I'n not so sure it would be a bad idea. One of the primary ways that things like EveryMatrix's bungling of self-exclusion are able to persist is because there is no public face to the issue.

If hundreds or thousands of players all came on to report having been a victim I believe such issues would be taken a lot more seriously, and action taken a lot sooner.

If managed properly I can see this being a good thing.

A better suggestion would be to get on to the Guardian who are on a crusade at the moment against the gambling industry, a vendetta against affiliates in particular.

They are most probably better placed to put some pressure on regarding this self exclusion shambles at Everymatrix.

Totally agree. Maybe I posted without thinking a little deeper into the possibilities

Nothing against OP at all but as soon as I saw his new thread all that sprang to mind was "Not Again"

I do agree a managed "Complaints Syndicate" (maybe involving your good self or a mod) could work wonders.

Group PAB's could get casino managements attention a lot better than the odd "Niggle" once in a while?

Thx max for the respons! I came to the idea cause in Holland when there are a lot of victims of a company, for example with the state lottery ( they also draw the tickets from unsold tickets, so you had minimal chance of winning) there is a lawyer or someone who is capable of handling, who set up a foundation, where every complaint is gathered, and then they file for one case together (so minimal costs for everyone and a lot of media attention, for example when every victim spends €20 and there are 1000, there is €20000 to spend on it, you can get a good lawyer for that!
Perheps something for a lawyer or minimeister(or how are they called?) who is also on the site, when you are too busy, or working with them together?

Hi, and what about people outside UK?
Must be two ways then.

Sorry I should change the title, since I lost some credits by you, and I am a SHE.
But a great idea, hey? I thought as a suggestion for the site, since they ask.

Different laws, different rules I guess. But putting pressure onto the Everymatrix platform even from just a UK point of perspective may make them take note. It is bad publicity that any Company can ill afford, unless it is called Ryanair :eek2:

Hi what I have understand is that MGA feels exactly the same: same license, same rules, deposits and gainings should return.
How powerful will this be, if UK & MGA players deposit the same complaint united? Then they have to take serious action and settle this issue once and for all.

Yeah, maybe, but what happens when they get bored of the crusade? Also the Guardian doesn't have global reach whereas a thread of 100s/1000s of complaints from around the world has a gravitas unto itself. News stories come and go. Threads are forever. :) IMO. YMMV, but don't underestimate the power of 100os of posts speaking out against casino misbehaviour. It's worked some pretty impressive results in the past.

Perheps it is an idea to start collecting all EM SE claims in one box here at the site, to see how big this thing really is, you know with standard questions in a form with name of the casino, disputed amount, date of SE etc???

I publicly apologise

FTR I am a decent person and love to take players sides / help them out wherever possible and there was never anything personal.

Maybe Mr Grumpy was posting earlier, here in the future for you if you ever need advice.
