Rogue Announcement Winner Casino

Evolution Software is reviewed at Casinomeister
Playtech take some responsibility here - surely as they provide the software they can insist the casino pays it at once otherwise they don't get the jackpot games for their players or better still Playtech (like MG or IGT or Netent) pay the player DIRECTLY and bypass the casino. Surely no big deal as Playtech themselves verify these jackpot wins?

Sorry, but whatever the bloke at Playtech tells us, I cannot help but feel they are complicit here, for what reason I do not know although we can conjecture when reading the Joyland scandal story.

Playtech can easily put an end to this BS, if they want to. What do the UKGC say about this situation?

I have spoken to the top level execs at Playtech about this. When someone wins a jackpot - the funds go directly into the player's account. It's up to the casino to process the payment. It's also up to the player to read the terms and conditions.

When this situation happened with the Canadian player, this was brought up at a board meeting and the consensus was - she agreed to those terms, and it was her responsibility to abide by them.

I don't think the UKGC is aware of this term - these casinos may have differing terms for UK players. I know they did so in the past.

Not important if the terms can be deemed unreasonable or unfair.

Is there any honest playtech casinos out there anymore?

Couldn't you rogue Playtech too? I don't understand what they are scared off. They could just have in their rules to the casinos that they have to pay the whole sum at once. To me it's irresponsible kids who works at Playtech, or at least they are behaving like that!
