Announcement Coral Casino removed from Accredited Casino section

This week Coral Casino was removed from the Accredited Casino section and transferred to the Grey Zone Casinos section. The reason for this was their non-participation in the forum by not responding to PMs. Thread is here: Coral Casino. Accredited Casinos are required to have an active rep in the forum who can answer questions, participate with the membership, or resolve issues if and when they pop up. When Anthony left as a Coral rep, the forum was placed on a lower priority tasking, and they had more important things to deal with. That's fine by me, but if this was the case I should have been informed - but then again - low priority.

Accredited Casinos that do not adhere to our standards disrespect not only the Casinomeister brand, they reflect a negative light on those casinos who bust their ass keeping an active role in our community. It's a shame that Coral Casino has become a behemoth - community forums are just not their cup o' tea.

Coral Casino is a pretty good casino - I have to say, but if you have difficulties with their customer support, you may have issues there. Their full review is here: Coral Casino Review.
 
Well if accredited by CM then you have to maintain a presence on CM. In the few years I've been here it's always been the main bunch, 32Red, VS, Guts etc amongst others that have kept up their efforts. Too many others got what they wanted and just.....fade away :cool:

Still, never even knew Coral were accredited anyway. Oh well, toodlepip!

the rep was here every few months, and according to other thread in here the new rep Rosie is not answering PM.

I couldn't agree more with you Bryan. There has to always be communication there between all of the parties involved. You can't just sweep things (or at least, try to) under the rug and just believe that they'll go away if you ignore them. That's definitely not the case.

used coral on and off for years, had issues sorted out here before(where cs had been not so helpful).

Had a issue recently, came here messaged the rep, but does not look like i'll be getting a reply.
