New Review Interview with NetEnt's Simon Hammon

In case you haven't seen this:

Interview with NetEnt's Simon Hammon

If you have any follow up questions, please post them here and perhaps in the near future we can continue.

Yes, Simon's a top guy!

Me and Conker were doing a second day at ICE on the Thursday and bumped into Bryan, Max and Markus from Videoslots in the pub (where else? !!) next to the Excel.

Bryan: "Hey Dunover, Simon from Netent wants a word with you when you go in there, he's at his stand."

Me: "Oh f**k! What I have I done now, is it bad?"

Bryan (smiling): "No, he wants to meet the guy who makes the review videos and renames the slots."

So off I traipsed to Netent and asked for Simon. He's a delightful enthusiastic chap and we had a good chat about slots and stuff (even St*rb*rst was mentioned) and he said he always looks out for my videos as in his words I understand the math and pay tables etc. and he and his developers watch them on a big screen back in Stockholm.

(I then had this brief vision of the team rushing into the boardroom ready to watch my review, staring at the big screen with bated breath then afterwards high-fiving and shouting "Senor Dunover he say yesssss!") :D

He is looking forward to my review of Jungle Spirit but I said I've done it and made it private at present as the official Netent preview isn't yet out and they should present it first. He sounded disappointed but agreed I was doing the right thing. He ended up inviting me over to Sweden to do a slots interview (i.e. math models, opinions on volatility and themes etc.) plus answers to many technical questions which are commonly asked on this forum by players. Nicknames weren't mentioned so fortunately I didn't have to relate the story to him of how I came to rename CFTBL 'Turd From The Unflushed Toilet' although poor Webczas and Kasino King weren't spared the gory details in Waxy's.....:D:D

Yes, Simon's a lovely bloke and hopefully I can take up his invite.

Funny enough I had the exact same vision.

Fantastic you were recognised for your reviews

A Dunny to Sweden

I'm not that far from Stockholm. Tell them to invite me and I'll bring the camera

:p

LOL....:) No need if I have a video camera, but I'm sure we'll need the coffee fetching etc.

Or actually you could do the filming...

I better take care of the visual part. You're not reliable there as we know...
It would be really fun

I actually thought of asking them to use my pictures for a slot. The one in my avatar would be perfect.

That's certainly the best avatar I ever saw on CM - great shot.

Questions :

- why haven't they made their games provably fair until now?

- will they make their games provably fair in the future?

- assuming the answer is "No" because they're not legally obliged, what prevents them from implementing it?

Why exactly has Canada been excluded from playing Netent slots?
And any chance we will be able to play them again?
