We've recently been informed by SlotBoss.co.uk that they won't discuss player issues with us and that players with complaints have only one option: eCOGRA. As we've previously explained in detail, such a decision is purely a management decision to not cooperate with third parties on player complaints: there is neither legal nor licensing requirement for them to so chose.
The casino also refuses to discuss player cases on the grounds that it would be a violation of the Data Protection Act (DPA). This is a completely false use of the DPA as detailed here: Casino Industry Myths: The Data Protection Act (DPA). Any casino using the DPA to avoid discussing player cases is either woefully misinformed or wilfully abusing the DPA.
