Be Aware Casino Metropol confiscates player balances, won't respond to complaints

Three months ago a player came to us with a complaint regarding €6500 that the casino had confiscated without explanation. He had requested a withdrawal, had apparently supplied the requested KYC documents and *boom* account closed and money gone. When he complained the casino simply said "due the security reasons we have blocked permanently your account." End of discussion.

The player brought the issue to us, we tried several times to get the casino to respond to the player's complaint but received no reply. It's impossible to know what the details behind the case actually are but the fact that the casino confiscated everything and replies to no one is not good:

Be Aware: Casino Metropol (casinometropol14.com) is confiscating player balances without explanation. The ignore all attempts to discuss player complaints. Players are advised to look elsewhere for their gambling services.
