Roughly six weeks ago a player approached us who had been trying for over two months to get a €1100+ W/D processed by the casino. Repeatedly they had been told that payment was enroute but payment never arrived. When the player asked to "re-invest" some of the W/D back into the account the casino quickly complied but actual W/D requests were never processed.

When we approached the casino they simply said "BETAPAY stole our money" and that this was the reason they couldn't "pay our players". We pointed out that this was hardly the player's fault and that players should expect to be paid regardless of the casino's processor issues. They never replied and the issue died there. Meanwhile the casino management was moving money in and out of the player's account seemingly randomly and without conscent from the player.

WARNING: E-casino365 (e-casino365.com) has serious money management issues and is blaming non-payment on their processors. They refuse to take responsibility and are simply leaving players unpaid. Players are advised to avoid E-casino365 until there is reason to believe they've managed to get their heads out of the "no sunshine" place and deal with player payment issues responsibly.
