Some months ago we received a PAB where a player reported having won €5000 after a €300 deposit, provided the casino with KYC documents, provided them again and again and was finally denied the winnings.

When we approached the casino they said "collusion". We asked for details but were told the Fraud Manager was not available. We pressed, finally got a response from said Manager: he repeated the previous "collusion" accusation but declined to discuss the issue further citing "company policy" as the reason he could not and would not say more.

I tried several times over the next couple months to make every offer of privacy and confidentiality that I could but the casino people have ignored it all.
