WARNING AceLive not paying, klutzing-out on player issues

We had a number of PABs come in against AceLive in quick succession, all boiled down to the casino claiming that "non-recreational players" were "abusing our generous bonuses". In other words "bonus abuse". We presented the PAB cases to the casino peeps and got nothing.

After some time of ignoring our attempts to discuss the PABs the casino rep reverted to much stalling -- "away", "vacation", "meetings" -- until, it seems, they saw something on the forums they didn't like. Out of the blue they contacted us saying "yeah, the Terms aren't clear". When asked what they intended to do about it they offered nothing and had no intention of resolving the cases.

One weird thing about this: over the course of our correspondence their responses kept referring to stuff that had never come up in our emails: "these four players", "the resolution you've asked for", etc. We hadn't presented four issues nor had we asked for or proposed a specific solution to any of the PABs. Were they simply forwarding us emails they'd written to someone else? When pressed for clarification they dished up more silence.

And that was the end of it, nothing further from them.

WARNING: AceLive (acelivecasino.com) is aggressively confiscating player winnings for "bonus abuse" without evidence or justification. They are stalling and fumbling on player issues, effectively refusing to take player complaints seriously. The end result is that they simply ignore the complaints and arbitrarily refuse to pay players. Players are advised to avoid AceLive Casino.

AceLive was recently "featured" in Casinomeister's Three Tales of Terror! Halloween 2013 video report.
