The problems with Crown Europe started with a
PAB
where a player deposited €25, won €800 and tried to withdraw. The casino refunded his deposit and zeroed his account saying the player had played "inelligible" games. The player disagreed and brought the issue to us.

Over the course of the next month or more I tried to contact the casino many, many times. Every time I got the same canned response:
This is <insert random name here> from the Crown Europe Support Team.

Your email has been forwarded to the department concerned for checking. As
soon as more information is available, you will be contacted again.

In the meantime, we ask for your patience and understanding while this matter is being handled.

Time and again I asked for a proper reply, some statement actually related to the player's issue and its status. Not once did I receive a single bit of information, just the same "we are looking into it, you will be contacted" BS over and over again.

In the final stages of this issue the casino finally said something a little different:
We cannot provide you with any specific information regarding player's case and we are now dealing with the customer to settle the matter.
Throughout this the player never heard a peep from the casino people.

Warning: Crown Europe is confiscating winnings and ignoring player complaints. Customer Service generates endless generic responses but never follows through. They claim to be dealing with the players offline when in fact no such contact is ever made. Players are advised to avoid this casino.
