No response of any kind in spite of repeated attempts to bring their attention to the player's issue.<br /> <br /> Whatever the casino's position on this that kind of Customer Service is no customer service at all, and that makes them a risk to honest players.<br /> <br /> The bottom line is simple: <b>avoid Sunset Casino</b>.</div>
