with you ikibu

hey i tried to ask on chat for you, but the cs closed the chat? i think maybe the chat hours were no longer available, as the little chat button disappeared too.
can you help out another already registered ikibu-ist and casinomeister-ist ;)

Was excited to sign up until finding out neteller and skrill does not support deposit on this welcome offer which is actually a really nice promotion exclusive. Also I though there would be free spins just for signing up as after searching around i see most others give from 13-15 no deposit free spins on signup? :(

Hey there,

As of now we do not have a no deposit offer.

Signed up this morning made a £30 deposit just withdrawn £1500

Easy to you big selection of games only downside is you can't see how much wagering you have done or I've missed it somewhere

Very good casino will be back

Thank you for this, you should be able to find this in the bonus section of your profile :)

And congrats on your win!

Hey Rafael I just wanted to say that I do think the deposit fees of 2.5% is pretty steep even with Neteller. At most casinos Neteller deposits are free even those that charge for Visa deposits. I do like your casino but these fees kind of put me off when I think about making another deposit. Just a friendly observation.:)

Hello Osulle,

Thank you for this, I will let management know.

On the other hand I do know that these fees are due to us being a whitelable, where we get pretty high fees on deposits/withdrawals ourselves.

Rafelito im having issues regarding docs can you message me see if you can sort anything out?
I can't find where to message from you're profile

Ok, I'll hold off signing up for now for two reasons.

1. - No welcome offer for Neteller users!
Awww Seems a bit unfair. Having been bitten before by debit card fraud, I only ever use Neteller for online transactions. I won't use my banking/credit card details anywhere online for any reason regardless of how safe that casino, Tesco's or even Amazon say they are.

2. - Deposit % Fees I really hate fees on deposits at best of times but a % fee has to be a deal breaker.
Why don't you switch the fees to a simple $€£2.50 per withdrawal? Guts Casino did the same when they started.
I find it much easier to stomach on a withdrawal than when more often than not every penny of your deposit counts.

So if and when those two issues are no longer an issue - I'll definitely sign up. :cheerleader:

Hello Armourgirl,

Thank you for your feedback.

Unfortunately as a lot of bonus abuse comes from E- Wallets, we are not able to offer reload bonuses through them on specific countries.

On fees, it is something we do not have the control over, as they are as well charged upon us.

I hope this helps clarify, if you need anything I am always available here or through PM :)

Hello Armourgirl
It's Amour, not Armour - Love not War

Forgive me for being pedantic but a couple of things......

Unfortunately as a lot of bonus abuse comes from E- Wallets, we are not able to offer reload bonuses through them on specific countries.
Can I assume that bonus abuse by any other transaction is very rare if at all? Why would using Neteller as oppose to another means allow someone to abuse bonuses? Really have no idea.

On fees, it is something we do not have the control over, as they are as well charged upon us
Surely there is a way around it - how has every other casino I play at managed. couldn't the Casino foot the bill for the deposit fees? Then customer makes their withdrawal so they pay a fee and casino gets their money back?
